The media could not be loaded. Pleasantly surprised by the quick shipping, easy set up and high-quality of this mattress! It opens and sets up quickly, almost to full size expansion within an hour of opening. The materials seem high quality and very durable. The sides can be a little soft and tuck in if you sit right on the edges but it depends on the weight distribution. The softness is just right to support many sleeping positions and the springs are wrapped so you can’t hear them or be disturbed by someone next to you moving. Overall the comfort level is comparable to an higher quality mattress and we are sleeping comfortably! This is a good option for someone who likes a plush soft bed but needs it to not just sink in and have some structure still. One star for that the bed is comfortable and plush how I prefer but only in the middle of the mattress. If you lay close to the side/edge it compresses so bad you’ll start to fall out of bed. Sitting on the edge of the bed is also not possible without falling down. So sleeping with a partner is terrible. I reached out to their customer support but did not hear anything back. This mattress is extremely comfortable if you like a plush soft mattress. When I lie down, it envelops my body and relieves all pressure points. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the edges are a bit unstable. Meaning when you sit on the edge, you will sink a bit. That is the only thing I have to say that is negative. After reading the not so good reviews I still decided to try this mattress. The mattress is delivered on time and without any issues, especially during the holidays. It shipped with a box . Easy to set up, when out of the box and plastic, it almost immediately fluffed to almost full size , the mattress is comfortable and firm . We have only used it for a couple days so far, but our sleeping has improved. Specially I have back issue and as soon as I lay down I feel it conforming to my body , Luxury and comfort, now I am pain free. For the price, it was worth it ... show more

    • The edges collapse way too much

The bed is fine in terms of general sleeping comfort but I cannot get used to how much the edges collapse when you sit on them. It’s very awkward and almost dangerous in some cases. Would not recommend.
