Bought two of these to use on twin platform beds in my guest room. I was very leery of buying mattresses online without being able to personally assess them for comfort. I’m very happy with these. They are not too firm so as to hurt my hips when I lay on my side. They feel plush but not to the point that you sink in . They come with a nice cover that is removable but not sure why you would. I’ve only had them a a few weeks so I can’t speak as to their durability yet. The price for these was great, they didn’t have an odor when opened and took around 24+ hours to fully expand.. We Love This Mattress! We had an old memory gel mattress for some years and it had a memory all right! Of 2 "HOLES" in it from us both sleeping on it! We both realize we needed a New Mattress That was firm to help our backs. We could barely get out of the bed because of "holes" we made in it! And No Neither Of us Is very overweight. Just 2 disabled Seniors who hurt for many reasons! So? We wanted a double sided or 2sided flippable mattress. (Like old ones used to be.) That most co.s quit making! (Because it doubles the life of your mattress!) Aa So after an HUGE disagreement with another BIG Co? That sells Bed , Bath and B......?!? Furniture etc! Where I ordered a mattress I found as the 3rd choice when I put in 2sided mattress or Flippable Mattresses? I saw & ordered a mattress I thought was a 2sided mattress by mistake! Then found out they had 1hour time limit to cancel orders! RIDICULOUS! But I tried to cancel it & was told back & forth by text & email that it could be done by diff. Reps & That It had been done by some! But 1week Later? They sent it! I refused it & it was sent Back & I was charged return shipping of $175.00! So? I was More than Delighted to find this one on Amazon! AT Much Less💰Money! It was delivered quickly and we let it expand over 3days. But it was worth the wait. It's a gel mattress NOT memory that is much different. It has enough give to let you settle in. Plus edges or sides don't give in. Since we've used it? We both have had Much Better Sleep. It says it is good for side & back sleepers. Which I'm a side & my husband is a Back Sleeper! It also does NOT retain heat like our old one did. It comes with a Zippered cover already on it. We then put a bug proof leak proof cover on it right after it expanded fully.. Only suggestion I'd have? Is to PLEASE put some handles on the sides! Because for us it was very hard to flip once it was fully expanded. I can NOT say enough great things about this great feeling King Mattress we got at a Great Price. I have had this mattress for a year now. And I absolutely hate it. It sinks so bad and hurts my back. I have tried both sides each side for 6 months and. I am going to get a new mattress.

This mattress is so weird. It's not firm at all, but can be comfortable once you get settled. Its lumpy in spots, the corners and edges have almost no support while the middle is a bit thicker that the rest, but not consistently. It's just lumpy... I definitely would lot recommend.

I already knew that by purchasing such a cheap mattress, I'd get a product that was less than desirable. But I was out of options at the time. That being said, I think if you purchased this mattress in a smaller size, it would be just fine. I believe King Size just doesn't have the support inside necessary to keep the mattress level. After about one week of use, the middle of the mattress had a major dip in it, so that both my husband and I would constantly roll into the middle and have to pull ourselves back out periodically throughout the night. If you do order a smaller size, make sure you aren't an overweight person, as this mattress doesn't have the support for that either. It's unfortunate, because it is pretty comfy. But ever since I've started sleeping on it, I've woken up with lower back and hip pain every morning. Order a double or twin, and don't weigh more than 120 lbs and this should be just fine for you, for a while. ... show more

When the package came, I was honestly thinking there is no way an entire king mattress could fit into such a small package. Boy was I wrong! They somehow managed to fold it in half and roll it up. Super impressed by how it expanded into a full size king in such a short time. Didn't weigh too much and very easy to unpack and install. The mattress has two sides, one more firm and the other is like memory foam. The memory foam side is tremor-resistant so you don't really feel people moving around or getting in and out of bed.
