I love this mattress so much! I suffered from neck and back pain for years on my old mattress. I always thought it was my pillow, so I kept changing it, but I always woke up with severe neck pain. After changing my mattress, I haven't had a single morning of neck and back pain since. I understand that a mattress should feel soft and comfortable, and while this one is the kind that sinks in, it still feels soft to the touch, definitely much better than a firm mattress. My only small suggestion: This mattress retains a lot of heat, so if you don't like sleeping hot, you might not like it. I love the warmth, so honestly, it's perfect for me.
