It took about a day and a half to expand fully. It is heavier than I expected so it was a bit challenging setting it up by myself, there are no handles on the side like my old school mattress had. Overall I am very happy with this mattress! It molds to your body then puffs back up when you move. It sits up very high! I have to jump up a little to get in my bed, lol. You will need deep pocket sheets for this mattress! I did not experience any back pain while “breaking it in” as I read other reviewers did. It is soft but also firm enough to support your body. If you are looking to sleep on a cloud and melt into your comfy bed than this mattress is for you! This is by far the most plushy mattress I have ever slept on. The mattress is super comfy but also offers great support. I liked a pillow top feel but my husband likes a firm and this is slightly in the middle. It fits standard sized sheets which is another great feature. The price point after research seems about average or slightly better than average.
