This memory foam mattress is well made on craftsmanship and quality. After taking it out of the box, we put it on the bed slabs, cut and pull off the plastic wrap, position it accordingly then let it expand for couple hours. Do mind that it does take some time to expand to it’s made to be shape, but we started using it the same night after setting it up in the evening with no issue. A tip for king size mattress: the middle folded line need to face vertically on the bed as pictured. At first we were a bit confused which side is longer for the king size bed before it expands fully, and positioned it the other way, then realized it popping out on one side so turned it around and it fits just right. It wasn’t difficult to move it for two people. The cover of the bed has zipper all around which makes it easy to remove it for a full clean if needed. It feels soft to the touch and no noise. The memory foam mattress itself feels so comfortable while it’s firm enough to give nice support and doesn’t dent in in the middle during use or go out of shape overtime.
