Well that was a waste of money. 😑 I ordered the 12" Plush in queen size. It gives you options of whether you'd like plush, medium firm and so on. After receiving the item, unboxing, & setup, I was ready to try it out. Slept on it for the first time last night and it feels like sleeping on a rock. As a 125 lb side sleeper, I was hoping to find something that let my hips and shoulders sink in so they don't hurt. What I got was quite the opposite. 😒 It is definitely firm even though I chose plush. Not everyone has back issues & needs a firm mattress. Don't waste your money. It doesn't matter what you choose, clearly they just send firm & could care less. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning a ridiculously large product nor can I manage a queen mattress myself with my size to return it. Now I'm stuck with a rock 😞 Had to spend another hundred to add a PLUSH topper. It should arrive tomorrow and it can't come soon enough. Sleeping on concrete again tonight, until a topper arrives, is not going to be fun. I don't think people should have to spend more money on a plush topper when they order and pay for a plush mattress with this seller. Definitely skip this mattress if you're looking for soft comfort. This definitely ain't it. Disappointed

I absolutely recommend the Plus 12in it’s super comfortable for side, back & belly sleeps not hard at all but not super plushy either it’s perfect. I absolutely love it & have never slept better at home. I had terrible back pain yesterday & this bed helped me not wake up with it any longer. 10/10

I tried the medium firm and it was way too hard for me felt like a rock. I’m a side sleeper and it hurt my shoulders, but it helped my back a lot so I needed something that is medium, plush or medium something to support my back but also cushioned enough to help my shoulders. I looked around and saw this mattress online. It came super fast, no odor it’s perfect! And I’m very picky with my mattresses it’s just enough for back support soft enough for shoulders, but not too much to sink in. I don’t like being sunk in. The installation was super easy. Just roll it out and let it inflate. It’s super nice definitely recommend. One of the best mattresses I’ve ever had. 12 inch. Light weight. Female 130lb thin.

Replaced a $1400, 6 month old "Medium plush" hybrid that we'd added 1" and then 4" foam toppers to and still pressure points (hips, knees, shoulders). Been a few weeks and very happy with this "plush". Went for broke and opted for plush and it supports/conforms well with no sinking in or failing edges.. Been awhile since no added aches caused overnight. Can roll over easily yet don't wake others when arising, edges are firm enough for my 6' 204lb frame and I side sleep on the edge. Mattress is always cool to the touch, even through the sheets and we like that. We both mostly side sleep, both sides and on occasion back. Both of us ached on occasion with old bed, this bed has actually negated all of that in a matter of several nights. No "get used to the bed" period with this, we both liked it and felt relief the first night. Packaging was fine, opened fully in 12 hrs, no off-gassing at all that we noticed. For $300 we took a gamble after much research and this bed has worked out well enough we are going to get a second and store it just in case they stop production. This is one of the few foam mattresses you can order different levels of comfort for the same model. Like I said, for $300 you are worth it!

My problem with the mattress is how stiff it is! It is SO insanely stiff when it is supposed to be plush. I am a 130# woman and it makes me so sore when I sleep on. It's also not a full 12" high, it's barely 11" high (I did let it puff up fully!). It is a solid, quality mattress. Well made, though not worth the $219+. But boy, its so stiff! I had ordered one from this company that was a medium plush and it was really stiff. So I thought maybe the plush one would be better. But no such luck, unfortunately. *Amazon did refund me for it so I was able to order a quality mattress topper to help with how stiff it is. Thank you Amazon! You guys are amazing!

This mattress is extra firm and extremely hard, so much so that it actually hurts your body to sleep on it. I ordered the 14 inch mattress and its expansion rate was 13 inches at best. I have owned Plush memory foam mattresses throughout my lifetime and know what a plush memory foam mattress is supposed to feel like. This mattress is beyond extra firm. I cannot sleep on it. I contacted the company directly only to never hear back from them after the initial correspondence. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered the "plush" version of this mattress, thinking it would be like a pillow top mattress. Wrong! It is so firm that it makes me wonder what the "firm" version feels like. I strongly considered returning it but knew I would never be able to fit it back into the box it came in. Instead, I bought a 2" memory foam mattress topper which helped a lot. The mattress itself seems well made. You can sit on the edge without it collapsing. It's sturdy and noiseless. It expanded fine, as far as I can tell. I just don't know how the manufacturer can call this a "plush" mattress. If you're a back sleeper and looking for a firm mattress with a lot of support, then you'll love it. If you're a side sleeper like me, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This is not the mattress for you!
