I recently purchased this Memory Mattress, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. From the first night, I noticed a substantial difference in comfort and support. The mattress contours perfectly to my body, providing excellent support for my back and joints. This has been especially beneficial for relieving the back pain I used to experience with my old mattress. The memory foam technology does a fantastic job of reducing motion transfer. We wanted to upgrade our mattress since we have a toddler who sleeps in bed with us. We use it directly on the floor with slats on the bottom to avoid locking in moisture. This definitely feels more on the firm side rather than medium firm, which we’re okay with. We’re combination sleepers but this mattress works for us. The edges does feel a little to flimsy/lacks support but it’s not really an issue for us. We slept on first night we got this delivered and it wasn’t too bad - expanded right away. Toddler slept really well & idk if it’s the mattress but he slept on his back all night which we love (he usually ends up twists and turning in bed trying to find his position) As for us, It’s just right, it’s firm but comfortable (we weigh 100-150lbs) The only issue we have with it is that it’s reaaaallly heavy! We’re at the second floor & needed to have 3 person to carry it since delivery person left it. So far so good! I’ll try to update my review after a month or two to see if it holds up. Update [09/02/25] The mattress still feels great! Although I can tell the difference between the area we usually sleep at compared to areas where we just rest our feet etc. which isn’t too bad. We haven’t had any issues with back pains or so.

Budget-friendly but struggles with midsection support Use: 4 months, ~194 lbs, broad shoulders, mostly side sleeper. Support: Started out fine, but after a month I noticed sagging in the hip/midsection area. This leaves my upper body slightly propped up in a “V” shape. Flipping the mattress head-to-foot helps for a bit, but the coils don’t feel strong enough to keep the spine aligned long term. Firmness: For people in my weight range (~190 lbs), this mattress feels quite firm. Lower body is supported, but side sleeping puts too much pressure on the shoulders. Lighter sleepers may not feel the sagging as much. If you need more cushion, the 14-inch model may be a better bet. Cooling: Works okay in colder months, but in warmer weather it traps heat. Not unbearable, but definitely on the warmer side. Price: I paid roughly $215 for the 12-inch model, which was a great deal at the time. The materials do feel surprisingly premium for this price range. Notes: Novilla doesn’t clearly state the depth of the individual foam layers (memory foam, transition or support foam), so keep that in mind if layer thickness is important for your comfort. Overall: For the price, it’s a fair hybrid that prevents deep sinkage. But if you’re heavier or broader in the shoulders, the coil strength and comfort may not hold up.

This is by far the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. I bought last July & wanted to make sure it lasted before giving a review. Perfect support & comfort. The only small complaint I have is one corner never “puffed” up all the way. Normally, it would not matter that much, but my senior dog’s twin bed butts up to our king. Not that big of a deal though with the comfort of the mattress!

TL;DR The mattress has no edge support, is much firmer than expected (even for a "firm" bed), and is basically unreturnable unless re-compressed into the impossibly sized box. Long Review: While we were moderately disappointed with the mattress, the biggest disappointment and significant point of contention was the return process. Note to buyers: this item is basically non-returnable unless you don't take it out of the box (spoiler: nobody's buying a mattress just to leave it in the box). We had two issues with this mattress that prompted our desire to return it: 1) It was much firmer than anticipated (significantly more so than other "firm" mattresses we have purchased from Amazon). 2) The biggest issue (one that we couldn't overlook) was the complete lack of edge support. After 4 days of being fully inflated with no pressure/weight on the bed, the edges still offered zero support. We're talking you could roll off the side if you sampled lying on the bed or you would slip down the front if you sat down to tie your shoe. It was completely unacceptable and not something we have ever encountered with any mattress before. When we started the return process, it seemed simple. The instructions said to take it to a UPS store with the return tag clear-taped to the outside of the packaging. Zero mention of needing to compress it back into a box (which would be impossible without a machine, right?). We sealed the mattress back in its original plastic wrap and hauled it to UPS. They couldn't accept it without the box due to the size and the store employees instructed us to call and schedule a home pick-up, so we did. There were no problems with the call, we agreed to pay the minimal cost, and they verified the size/weight. Alas, when UPS showed up on our front porch two days later, we were once again told it needed to be compressed in a box (how is that humanly possible?!?!). Over the course of the next 5 days, we called Amazon 3 separate times and went back and forth with the seller through the message portal. Each time, the owner absolutely would not agree to give us a refund of more than 30%. Here we are, pleading to return this item and going out of our way to do so, and no options were being offered for us to return it without the impossible process of stuffing it back into a tiny compressed box. Nowhere in the listing and nowhere in the return instructions does it say the return must be in a box. We searched everywhere for it and the Amazon reps also agreed that the requirement of a box for the return was not mentioned anywhere. Each time we spoke with Amazon, they just communicated with the seller on our behalf, and each time the seller would only offer a 30% refund. Finally, on our third call to Amazon and after documenting every attempt to return the mattress, Amazon offered a courtesy of a full refund without the need to send the mattress back. While we are grateful for the refund, we now have a king size mattress taking up space in our house that we can't and won't use. Our goal will be to donate it, but the hassle has been unbelievably discouraging. We read the listing and reviews thoroughly before purchasing, and we never would have made the purchase had there been any indication that it would be this impossible to return the mattress under the circumstances of it not meeting our expectations.

We received this Novilla Twin 10" Hybrid Mattress about a month ago. They include a little tool to cut through the plastic covering. (It sort of resembles a plastic "e" shaped letter opener with the blade in the inside corner.) It took about 5 seconds to get the plastic off, and the mattress was puffing up as I went along. It looked pretty much full sized when all the plastic was off, but I gave it the full 72 hours lying flat on a surface as recommended. (In a normal temperature room as recommended.) The person that sleeps on this mattress each night is over 200 lbs, and thinks that this mattress is very soft against the body yet firmly supporting just underneath the top. The person who uses it, gets a great night sleep and loves it. The mattress seems durable in that the memory foam is not staying squashed down like some cheap memory foam chair pads. Nor are there any "dips" developing from springs not bouncing back. It's a great thickness and height for the person using it, as well. We are so glad we chose this one.

I got the twin for my 5 year old and it’s the most comfortable thing. I have terrible back issues and it’s the only bed in the house that I don’t wake up hurting in the morning if I lay with her. Definitely need a box spring underneath or some kind of support because it is a softer mattress and would sink through the boards of her bed without one. However I plan to get the king size for me!

I have the 14 in queen matress. While the bed is not uncomfortable, it is VERY soft and bouncy/bendy. Like if two people are sleeping on it and lay in the middle together, it caves in a bit. If you sit on the edge of the bed, it sinks too. I've had it about 9 months and would go with a different mattress if I could go back. I knew it right away, but didn't want to go through the hassle of returning a mattress. Not terrible, but not great.
