This king size mattress is well made (in Indonesia) and looks nice. We unboxed it and let it come up to full size over the recommended 72 hours. It is, however too soft and the lack of edge support makes the edges after 90 days on it too soft as well. I recently made a careless move at the gym and aggravated my hip. I'm generally in excellent physical condition and work out 4 days a week. I'm 5' 10" and weigh 175 lbs. I didn't feel much at the time, but when I woke up in the morning my entire leg was in pain. My doctor gave me some painkillers for a few days and scheduled PT. They expected me to rapidly recover, but 2 weeks later I am only about 80% better. When my doctor asked about the bed I was on I told him about it and he pinned the slow recovery on the mattress's lack of support. Fortunately, (so we thought) the manufacturer provides a 100 night refund (though Amazon only gives you 30 days through them), so we reached out to the manufacturer. They asked for a description of the problem and a thorough set of pictures to prove the condition I suppose. All of which we provided them with. We were inside the 100 days when we made the claim. I purchased this 14-inch mattress and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality is outstanding-the materials feel premium and the construction is solid, making it clear this mattress is built to last. We are very surprised with how well we are sleeping on this. We are going to buy another one for our other house. The only reason we give it 4 instead of 5 stars. Is the edges are soft as you are getting in or out. But dont let that discourage you it sleeps great. And no you do not feel Like you are going to fall off if you lay next to the edges. I have the 14 in queen matress. While the bed is not uncomfortable, it is VERY soft and bouncy/bendy. Like if two people are sleeping on it and lay in the middle together, it caves in a bit. If you sit on the edge of the bed, it sinks too. I've had it about 9 months and would go with a different mattress if I could go back. I’ve had this mattress for almost 7 months now and I’m very pleased. It’s firm but soft, I don’t sink to my bed frame and I like that! You can bounce on it and it still doesn’t lose its firmness. Definitely suggest letting it sit out for a few days before using so it can reach its full capacity. For reference I am 200lbs+. 6 Month update Mattress slumps in middle Edges have no shape any longer. I wake up with very bad back pain I would not recommend buying this bed. It’s a waste and now I have to buy another mattress after buying this one less than 6 months ago. Don’t waste your money. Good quality, no smell, arrived quickly. It is entirely too soft for me. Middle of the mattress is starting to lose its shape after 4 months of use. I feel as if I’m trying to sleep in a foam pit or ball pit.
