Nice comfortable mattress with enough firmness but still feels soft. Great mattress for price. This is our second Novilla mattress purchased and would stick with this brand for any future purchases. This mattress replaced a Sealy very expensive mattress that was damaged in a recent move and my grandson likes the Novilla better.

A M A Z I N G ...just freaking praise GOD this mattress... it's seriously life changing and I wish I would have ordered it sooner. My friend bought it 3 years ago. I was visiting her and slept on this mattress (with a featherbed topper) and was as comfortable then as the day she purchased it. CRAZY that a $300 mattress can be SO GOOD. It's FIRMMMMMM people. FIRM. As NO mattress is anymore! And this is why everyone has back problems... soft plush squishy mattresses... it's been a thing. just wow. I am a real person... wasn't paid for my review or given anything for free... please just believe me when I say if you're looking for a firm mattress this is so good. Do it. OH... and it arrived 4 days early!!! And we did not have to wait even hours for it to expand. It's legit.

Got this mattress in a twin. Placed it in guest room day bed frame after using in a vacation home for one month. Was not too heavy to transport in a Ford Transit van but easier to place on a platform initially as it comes in a shrunk down fashion. Would recommend the 12 inch over smaller size thickness. Had a guest stay over in the guest room who raved about the comfort! Not the cheapest but worth the extra $$ for the quality.

I don't know what bed everyone else got, but this bed is HORRIBLE, like sleeping on a rock. I was looking for a mattress that had good reviews under $300 that was a king 12inch hybrid as both my husband and I are over 200lbs side/belly sleepers. This fit all those requirements so I took a chance . We just moved states and needed a bed. This bed SUCKS he is a truckers when it's just me and our 90lb dog and 10lb cat my hips don't hurt as much but on the nights he is home my back and hips kill me when I wake up. When he sleeps on it his back hurts so bad in the morning he walks hunched over for his first few hours. By the time you wake up there is a massive visible indent where you slept all night, the "improved edge support" is so hard there is no give what so ever so you lean back into the bed if you sit on the edge. Thats between 4-6 inches wide on both sides so I have a foot of mattress i can't even sleep on width wise, we have a king for that extra space because a queen is not enough space for he, I, the dog and cat at night. There is no noise or smell the box was skinny tall and HEAVY but the overall feel is terrible. We have even rotated it after just 1 month and it made no difference. I've contacted Novilla directly because I'm still within the 100 night sleep trial so let's see what happens but you can't exactly roll up a mattress and return it or package it back up and send it back to the store.
