Well that was a waste of money. 😑 I ordered the 12" Plush in queen size. It gives you options of whether you'd like plush, medium firm and so on. After receiving the item, unboxing, & setup, I was ready to try it out. Slept on it for the first time last night and it feels like sleeping on a rock. As a 125 lb side sleeper, I was hoping to find something that let my hips and shoulders sink in so they don't hurt. What I got was quite the opposite. 😒 It is definitely firm even though I chose plush. Not everyone has back issues & needs a firm mattress. Don't waste your money. It doesn't matter what you choose, clearly they just send firm & could care less. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning a ridiculously large product nor can I manage a queen mattress myself with my size to return it. Now I'm stuck with a rock 😞 Had to spend another hundred to add a PLUSH topper. It should arrive tomorrow and it can't come soon enough. Sleeping on concrete again tonight, until a topper arrives, is not going to be fun. I don't think people should have to spend more money on a plush topper when they order and pay for a plush mattress with this seller. Definitely skip this mattress if you're looking for soft comfort. I tried the medium firm and it was way too hard for me felt like a rock. I’m a side sleeper and it hurt my shoulders, but it helped my back a lot so I needed something that is medium, plush or medium something to support my back but also cushioned enough to help my shoulders. I looked around and saw this mattress online. It came super fast, no odor it’s perfect! And I’m very picky with my mattresses it’s just enough for back support soft enough for shoulders, but not too much to sink in. I don’t like being sunk in. The installation was super easy. I don’t know if I’d recommend this for a heavy person. I’m 110 and it’s fantastic. When my 160 lb bf stayed in it I felt like he left a dent in it that stayed for weeks. I also have severe back pain and this is the best bed for me as far as that goes.

My problem with the mattress is how stiff it is! It is SO insanely stiff when it is supposed to be plush. I am a 130# woman and it makes me so sore when I sleep on. It's also not a full 12" high, it's barely 11" high (I did let it puff up fully!). It is a solid, quality mattress. Well made, though not worth the $219+. But boy, its so stiff! I had ordered one from this company that was a medium plush and it was really stiff. So I thought maybe the plush one would be better. But no such luck, unfortunately. *Amazon did refund me for it so I was able to order a quality mattress topper to help with how stiff it is. Thank you Amazon! You guys are amazing! ... show more

I ordered the "plush" version of this mattress, thinking it would be like a pillow top mattress. Wrong! It is so firm that it makes me wonder what the "firm" version feels like. I strongly considered returning it but knew I would never be able to fit it back into the box it came in. Instead, I bought a 2" memory foam mattress topper which helped a lot. The mattress itself seems well made. You can sit on the edge without it collapsing. It's sturdy and noiseless. It expanded fine, as far as I can tell. I just don't know how the manufacturer can call this a "plush" mattress. If you're a back sleeper and looking for a firm mattress with a lot of support, then you'll love it. If you're a side sleeper like me, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This is not the mattress for you! ... show more
