I've been using this mattress for a while now, and overall I'm really happy with it. The comfort level is excellent. I’m giving this Novilla 12-inch hybrid mattress a solid 4 stars! Overall, the mattress is wonderfully supportive and comfortable and pretty solid —just what my mom needed for a good night’s sleep. It definitely delivers on that front and was super easy to unbox. That said, I did notice that the top layer of fabric is a bit loose in the center. It creates a bit of extra "play"—almost like an air pocket effect in certain areas. It seems like the fabric wasn’t affixed quite as snugly as it could’ve been from the start. It’s just a little something for the manufacturer to keep in mind. Other than above the appearance is good and the material is pretty decent. Can’t comment on Odor as I don’t recall any! All in all, though, this mattress is a cozy, supportive choice, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a comfy hybrid at a good value.

It arrived well-packed in vacuum-sealed plastic, making it easy to carry and move into the room. I bought this 12-inch Queen mattress and the experience has been very positive from day one. It arrived well packed, expanded quickly and in a few hours it was ready to use. The combination of foam with Smarts coils provides firm but comfortable support, ideal for relieving back pain and improving sleeping posture. It's a decent mattress. The only significant complaint I have is that, like other reviewers have mentioned, the edges of the mattress are a bit weak and will flatten a bit when you put weight on them. It hasn't proven to be that big of a deal, though. Also, as a heads up, it was very stiff and uncomfortable for the first few nights of sleep. If you can, try to let it fully fill out for 4-5 nights before sleeping on it. It got WAY softer after several nights. I'd say the firmness is medium. I'm used to sleeping on a firm surface, so I kinda wish it were firmer, but it's still comfy. Overall, it's a good mattress and it doesn't feel any better or worse than more expensive mattresses, in my experience.
