We were initially a bit skeptical about ordering a mattress in a box, especially a King size, but this Novilla 14-inch hybrid mattress has completely blown us away. The setup was incredibly straightforward—we just unrolled it, carefully cut the plastic, and it puffed up to its full 14-inch height within a day. It looks and feels like a premium luxury hotel bed. Here is why this mattress earns a solid 5 stars from us: Incredible Motion Isolation: My wife is a light sleeper and I tend to toss and turn, but the upgraded individual pocket coils really do their job. Neither of us wakes the other up anymore when getting in or out of bed. Perfect Temperature Control: Trying to sleep comfortably through warm Texas nights can be a challenge, but the gel memory foam actually works. It sleeps noticeably cooler than our old traditional memory foam mattress and prevents that terrible trapped-heat feeling. The Best of Both Worlds (Support & Comfort): The hybrid design is exactly what we needed. You get the pressure relief and body contouring from the top memory foam layers, combined with the firm, enhanced support of the coils underneath. My lower back pain has significantly improved since we started sleeping on it. Reinforced Edges: A lot of foam mattresses collapse when you sit on the side to put your shoes on, but the edge support on this Novilla is fantastic. You can sleep right near the edge without feeling like you are going to roll off. Peace of Mind: Knowing it is CertiPUR-US certified is a huge bonus. There was barely any "new mattress" smell when we unboxed it, and it feels good knowing it’s made without harmful chemicals. I’ve been using this Novilla 12-inch queen hybrid mattress for a few weeks, and it’s been a great value for the price. It feels medium-firm, with a good balance of support from the coils and comfort from the gel memory foam. I sleep mostly on my back and side, and it’s been comfortable with decent pressure relief. My husband and I been on the same old mattress for like 5 years so we finally decided to change. I didn’t expect much at first but this one surprised me. When we opened it, it felt thick and sturdy right away. The 12 inch height makes it feel like good quality. Setup was easy, we just opened it and let it sit about a day and it came out perfect. The size is true queen and fits our bed frame nice. Sleeping on it feels comfortable, not too soft and not too firm, right in the middle. I used to wake up with some back discomfort and now it feels better most mornings. It also stays cool at night which I like. It has more of a springless feel so there’s no noise or bounce, feels stable when we move around. There was a light smell when we first opened it but it went away after a day, nothing crazy. Overall we both been sleeping better since we got it and I’m happy with the purchase.

Amazing mattress! I cannot believe the softness. I've purchased so many mattress till date but this is by far the best for my back pain. It is soft and very comfortable. This Novilla 14-inch king size mattress has been a great upgrade for my sleep. The hybrid design with individual coils and gel memory foam provides a really nice balance of support and comfort. It feels supportive without being too firm, and I’ve noticed less pressure on my shoulders and hips. The cooling feature also makes a difference—I don’t wake up feeling overheated like I did with my previous mattress. Motion isolation works well too, so movement on one side doesn’t disturb the other. One thing I noticed is that the edge of the mattress is a little bit soft. However, I actually prefer it this way.
