The laptop worked fine for several weeks, but stopped charging correctly after about 10 weeks, and will not boot up. We now need to return a nearly-new laptop my son needs for school. Giant pain in the rear. Seems to be a pretty clear case of substandard hardware. In addition, the seller holds the warranty, and has not responded to calls to their hotline. It's a great performing laptop with a really solid touch display. The speed is great and the ability to flip the screen flat is really helpful. However, the first one I bought I had to return because a row of keys didn't work after a week. Got a replacement, then 10 months into owning the second one it happened again.
