I was really excited to get this mattress. It came in a long box about 4 feet long and 10 inches wide. It was heavy but I managed to kinda walk it to the bedroom. Once opened it seamed like it took a couple of days for it to fully expand. I love it. It is so comfortable to sleep on. What a wonderful, high quality mattress! I’m feeling so very grateful to own, and I truly could not be happier. It’s sooooo comfortable… the color scheme is a well appreciated bonus. As you can see I went all out, purchased the new canopy bed frame for it to be set in. Very very happy woman!

I bought based on reviews. Not sure how it got such high ratings. It was very poor quality. Not Medium Fi either. Very soft. You can feel the springs in bed as you lay in it. I’m not very heavy. Weigh about 150 lbs. my husband tried it and it was worse for him. He weighs 220 lbs. if you run your hands on side of mattress you definitely feel and see the springs. Needless to say it was returned. Returning item was a hassle too as I had opened one bed before unpacking the other. I let it air for 2 days and it fully inflated. Amazon wanted me to put it back in original packaging which is impossible as it comes rolled up in a long box. Agent then said wrap it up in the plastic it came in. We did but UPS didn’t want to ship that way. Another phone call to Amazon and they said have UPS pack to ship and then offered to pay for that but I had to pay first and credit for shipping would be in Amazon credit. Lucky I convinced UPS plastic was heavy enough to protect and they agreed to ship. We have a truck so that made it easier than waiting all day for pickup. Now just waiting for the credits to finalize as they also charge pending transactions on my credit card for same amounts. Not sure why. I will never order mattress from Amazon again.
