The media could not be loaded. Two stars because the components are very strong and thick. But otherwise, the design is flawed, and causes the whole thing to rock and wobble no matter how tight the bolts are. The base is NOT one part as indicated by the photos. The base collar that holds the C hook is cut in half, and is not one solid ring (See attached photos). This puts the whole weight of the C hook (and you!) directly onto the bolts that pinch the 2 halves of the base collar on to the C hook, instead of letting the collar hold the weight. And no matter how tight you get the bolts, because of the split design, the C hook rocks quite a bit in the base collar. Any swinging at all (caused when you get in the chair) causes the C hook to rock in the base, which will loosen the bolts. And also due to the split design, any swinging with even just my 25-lb two year old causes one of the legs of the base to lift off the ground. Beware of this poor design! Seems sturdy enough but it creeks and jerks with any small swinging movement. All the bolts are as tight as I can get them but the way the legs come together gives too much room for the pole to jerk around when I swing a little.

Well first, the instructions that were provided wasn’t to this particular swing so it too me and hour to figure that out. Once everything finally got assembled and tightened my daughter who is 63lbs got in the swing and it creaks and twists as if it’s not secure. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for children that are heavier. ... show more

Box came damaged with a big hole in it so I was surprised that everything was still inside. Did not get the clasp holder that was promised by stead got this S hanging hook. Will update when I put my hammock on to see how it works. Install was easy and I was able to do it by myself in about 20 minutes. Edit: The stand is wobbly and unleveled. It rocks back and forth with the slightest of movement. My 5 year old son is the only one who uses it. ... show more

    • Sturdy, but not level.
It’s super sturdy, but the feet don’t sit flat (one foot doesn’t touch the ground), and there’s no way to adjust the feet to level it. And it’s so sturdy you can’t bend the legs to level it either.

Frame works perfectly, but the box is not designed to be strong enough for a shipment of this weight. Luckily, there were no missing pieces. Short people may complain it is difficult to get in and out of because of its height off the ground. Otherwise, as advertised.

The feet/collar are not even so it wobbles continuously. As well as it's a pain to try and line up the two halves to get the first piece bolted together. The package that it came in is horribly designed and the box was damaged when it arrived, thankfully none of the parts were. I went with this to save some money but now wish I didn't because I feel if I didn't try and cheap out, I would have gotten a better product. ... show more

Nice, little wobbly but sturdy. Holds my boyfriends big guy friends- we got our swing from pier one and got the stand cheaper on amazing. Looks great on our front porch and I feel safe .
