This product smells great and works good. The conditioner is very light. The product reminds me of Kenra as to how it feels going on (hair kind of feels dry and straw like….but my hair wasn’t dried out). My issue with the product is that it’s definitely not for sensitive skin. I have moderately sensitive skin and my head was itching after using it once. I thought it was all in my head, but the next day I washed my 7 year old’s hair with it and while she was fine, my hands and arm were red and on fire when we were finished. It was definitely the shampoo and conditioner - we used nothing new otherwise.

Unfortunately, we could not keep this product, twice we had to return it. the first time 2 of the pumps were broken and it had leaked into the container, we requested an exchange, sent it back and waited. when the exchange arrived one of the pumps was broken that time also, thankfully it hadn't leaked. I would have liked to keep it but i couldn't figure out how to easily work around the broken part and when I put in to return it I wasn't offered an exchange this time. I would have had to reorder it with no guarantee that it would be better packed and not be broken a third time, I opted not to try again. the product itself is really good, we have used it before, so if only they took more care with how it's packaged or invested in better pumps, they seemed really brittle plastic, then it would be great.
