So cute! Great for counter top and storing. Make sure to use the ice mold it comes with it works best that way.. also would buy more containers similar in size ( you could use any type) and have them all freezing because one container won’t make much. The shaved ice comes out a nice texture

We’ve had this for awhile now, we have 0 issues with it. We’ve noticed if you use the ice mold it does take longer to shave down BUT you get a finer shave, compared to using ice cubes in it

I like the metal blade. Cuts right through ice. Whole unit comes apart so it's easy to clean. Too bad the ice mold cracked from freezing. Totally the wrong kind of plastic.

This machine is amazing. Comes with a freezer bowl and a plastic cup. It works really well but you have to press down very hard while using ice cubes. If you use the circle freezer bowl the blades seem to shave evenly and quicker but I use it both ways. Doesn't come with any flavoring so be sure to order that if you buy this.     • Tripped the GFCI breaker every time

Our machine came with the top part a greenish brown color and I was weary to use it since it appeared as though the motor had already burned out (possibly a return that was just shipped straight out?). It doesn’t have a grounding plug. It tripped our gfci breaker each of the three times we attempted to use it. After calling an electrician he told us this snow cone machine was the problem. To fix the breaker we just had to press the reset buttons on the outlets. Reached out several times by phone and twice by email and never heard back to replace the motor portion. Frustrated. Thankfully Amazon takes returns. Wish I could have gotten a replacement part as it is a cute color and was a Christmas gift. ... show more

Brought this for my grandson and It works well when you are start using it but once you’re done the top parts get stuck together seems the blades are stuck together and you have to keep moving it around to it gets unstuck the funny thing is you don’t do anything but push the button for it to start shaving ice so how is it getting stuck each time ... show more
