I have owned several tanning machines. One of the most expensive units and the least expensive. This is a great solution for anyone needing an at-home solution. I always knew norvell had amazing tanning solution so I figured why not get one of their machines. Soooo happy i did. Not only did they ship to Canada, but it showed up early. The box came well protected so everything was in perfect condition. The machine itself was just like photo(really well made) and so light weight and also came with a arm strap and the 3 bottles from the picture. It came with a sheet that gave me complete easy to do instructions to register my machine for warranty. It literally took me 10 mins to fill in my basic information. So the next day my phone rings and its a super friendly,polite,well spoken Norvell Rep. She was calling to check to see how I was finding the machine and if I had any questions etc.. i got off the phone and thought wow its so rare you find a company that really backs up their product and treats their customer like a person and not a number. If you are looking for a spray tan Machine go for one of norvells. The product itself is so well made and the customer service is above and beyond amazing. Couldnt be happier. Great flow, good air to help dry the only down fall is the gun leaks more that not. I am constantly cleaning it because it drips all over the floor. It’s gotten worse the more I used it other than that the spray quality is great.

Time will tell about the durability but I am somewhat disappointed in the length of the straw that goes into the cup. It it short so you can never use all of the solution. And since the solution can’t be reused past 24 hours, the solution gets wasted. When I called Norvell about this, they had no fix and told me I could go to the hardware store to make an adapter to lengthen the straw. ... show more

Great was to save money if you get a spray tan regularly! Looks like a professional spray (once your sprayer gets the hang of it). Really cold when it’s sprayed on. Definitely recommend!
