My dad was having a lot of pain in his feet and legs from his old boots and I bought him these seeing as they said it had good arch support and his pain has gotten so much better. He says he feels about 50-75% difference. He says the are so comfortable and fit very nicely. They are definitely waterproof. My dad is an electrician so he work around construction sites and has to constantly go up and downstairs and he says these have been a huge upgrade and the thickness is perfect and has amazing support and cushion. I would definitely be getting him these again such good quality for the money!!!

The price has jump from $43 bucks to $59 since I last purchased these boots in December, the longevity of soles is my issue with this boot they don’t last, I work in them five days a week walking about 14,000 steps daily, a comfortable boot for sure, but I wish the soles held up longer. I purchase these twice a year because of comfort on feet and price.

I have a bone spur on the top of one of my feet from years of dancing and doing HIIT with a seriously messed up spine. I started a field/environmental job that requires me to wear steel toed boots (I'm often on construction sites even though I am not in construction). I ordered like 6 pairs, ranging from $30 to $130. I think I paid $56 for these and out all of them (including Timberlands CAAT, Wolverine and Keen) these were oddly stiff in a way that made them by far the most comfortable of all of them. As for durability, I've worn them 8-9 hrs a day nearly every day for 6 weeks and they're still holding up. And they're still very comfortable. The cheap $30 pair KILLED MY FEET. Those went back. I almost kept the Wolverines instead because they were cuter lol.. but these were 1/2 the price and were already used so I kept them and have yet to regret that decision If you have arthritis in your feet, esp on the top of your foot, and have to wear steel toed boots then you should know- they're not very comfortable. I do wear very thick merino wool socks with them and a callous cushion over the bone spur. I'm a women's size 8 but can do 8.5 if I want extra room. Got these in a men's 6.5 and they're roomy enough fo thick socks but fit pretty perfectly. Def reccomend 🫶🏼

I worked on a project in a fabrication facility where we had a choice. Wear steel toed shoes, or strap-on toe caps. Luckily the firm I worked for bought us all Lehigh steel toe work boots, which were wonderful to walk around in all day. These days, I only needed some trash boots to walk around my property, step in deer crap, and subject to a couple acres of weed-trimming a year. Generally cheap trash boots. These fit the bill. The exterior has held up fine. But the eyelets, and especially the upper lace grommets, are made of cheap pressed metal and not forged. So if you tighten your boots too much, the top grommet hooks will bend out. No worries, you can press them back with your thumb. They are not at all comfortable for any duration past an hour. So if you plan on using them all day, get some really, really thick wool socks. Generally garbage boots. But if you need cheap garbage boots, the fake leather and stitching has held up well under abuse. If you need dedicated boots to wear at work all day, run away from these. Spend the extra dough and get a good pair. I think I got good value for the money on these though.

I'm on my second pair & they will almost last a year. I'm a Landscaper & walk a ton, shoveling, chain sawing & log splitting. The composit toe has saved my feet many times. In a years time I haven't been able to wear the sole of the shoe completely out. I had one place on the sole that started to come loose & one little section of stitching come loose but for about a 1000 miles I walked on them, I'm very pleased! They are water resistant & worked well unless you were standing in 2" of water or more. They hold up very well.

Just wearing these for 1 night at work it was clear I should have just stuck with the $40 pair of Brahmin boots I normally buy from Walmart. These aren't really slip resistant if you are walking on a normal floor with water on it. Out of the box comparison between these and what I normally buy, these boots lose by 15 miles. I could also just be playing favorites. Kind of disliked these boots right out of the box but decided to wear them for work just in case I was just being weird about it but I disliked them more after work. Good thing they were only like $50 since they are just getting thrown away.
