Watch for the word "commercial" in the item name. I bought a Nordic Ware *commercial* quarter sheet pan with a lid as well as this item. This item literally weighs half as much (8 oz) as the commercial one (16 oz) (both weights are the sheet pan only, not including grid or lid). The two sheet pans are the same length, width, & height, so the weight difference has to be in the thickness of the metal. This item (retail one) is going to heat up & cool down faster, and dent more easily. Also, the grid in this item came with rubbery things on the feet of the grid. I assume they're silicone but nothing on the packaging says one way or the other, so I'm hesitant about leaving them on the grid when it goes in the oven. I wish the item listing were explicit about these things. ... show more

Even distributes heat.. easy to clean. Only complaint is that they "stain" easily, or leave marks where liquid heats.. although nearly even pan does. Highly recommend for the price.

This pan is not the same quality as another Nordic ware sheet pan I have. Thinner lighter metal.

I primarily purchased this for the quarter sheet rack. I have the Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Quarter Sheet with Lid and needed a rack for it. This quarter sheet is fairly thin but usable for light work. It's only okay.
