These are OK. They're usable, but the spherical balls that are included are REALLY small. I'm a standard size Medium in a helmet and these are really tiny. If I was an XS these would still be too small. They do the job of holding the helmet, but the chin bar of your helmet will point straight down. I'm debating returning them only to find a better option, such as the kind with a ring inside that will allow the helmet to sit on them more securely. Cheap metal and mounting hardware as well. For the price, these are what I expected as far as build quality, but the design isn't very useful for display. They would work fine for just a place to set your helmet though.

This was a good design to look at but when you go a hang a helmet, dang thing slides around on the Ball. Maybe it's the type of helmet I am using (ie, Half and Derby). Once I took the ball's off the helmets hung perfectly!

These mounts look cool but absolutely do not hold any type of motor cycle helmet. I intended to install these in my enclosed trailer but thought I’d try them in a stationary environment first. Every type of helmet I tried just slipped around until it fell off. My half helmets kinda worked if I spent some effort to get them balanced and then slowly backed away. If the ball was grippy, they might work. I spent the duration of my “return” window trying to see how I could modify them to work for my needs…time got away from me and I still haven’t found a good solution and now I’m stuck with some neat looking hat racks (I don’t wear hats).

I am simply impressed with these wall mounts. I very much recommend these to any avid motorcycle rider or group of riders that are looking for a convenient place to hang their gear. At the time of writing this review you could get three of them for $50, and that's definitely a deal. The swivel is smooth with no wobble. The hangers are easy to install. It holds my helmet in place without impeding removal when I'm ready to go on a ride. The black caps for the screws really gives it a clean look. The ball at the end is aluminum, which was a pleasant surprise when I unpacked them. It feels very strong and screws on to the 90 degree bend, making a very sturdy connection. I like that you could remove it and use some other top (like something 3D printed) if you want. These hangers can definitely hold some weight. I mounted one to a stud to maximize capacity, then put my RF-1400, Aerostich Roadmaster, and gloves on it. I left the gear on the hanger for several days and checked back. The hanger had not loosened at all. The ball, the swivel, and the mount itself were all still as sturdy as when I installed it.

There’s nothing better then the right hanger to organize the garage, was able to save a lot of counter space hanging my helmets with it, and also still have the hook underneath to hang jacket.

Motorcycle helmets are a challenge to store. They're bulky, don't lie flat, and if you drop them it can not only leave them looking scratched up - but less safe too. These helmet hangers are a great way to keep your helmets organized, accessible, and off of your garage floor.

I had no idea these existed, and have always hung my helmet either by the strap or stuck on some random shelf where it takes up too much space. These things are a fantastic idea, and now I won't have birds that try to nest in them if I leave my garage door open for any period of time. Yes that has happened to me. What I really like about this is the space saving aspect. I can mount it very close to the ceiling where I wouldn't have had something anyway and they won't be bumped or knocked nor are they in the way of anything else. The construction is very sturdy and was easy to put up. They includes screws are also threaded on the outside so the black caps screw directly onto them. The hook at the bottom seems to be able to hold plenty of weight as well. My helmet is a 2X and still fit on this just fine. I definitely recommend it as a space saving device
