Get a size up, I'm 2xl and wearing it makes it feel like I'm wearing an xl. When you first get the item hand wash it and dry it in shade before trying it on. Will definitely make you sweat as advertised. Comfort, worth my money, a little strenchy but slim fit when wearing a size up.

The ONLY reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it talks about these vests run a little small, so I decided to order an XL vest because I figured a Large would be too snug, but the XL was actually a little too big, and a Large would have suited me better, but the vest itself seems to be well-made, and does fit decently along my midsection, and on its own, it may do the trick for most people close to my size. I got a x-small and I love it … I’m 5’ 9” and 149lbs. Getting it on is no problem but taking it off it’s possible but a little snug. My chest measurement is 35”

First and foremost the sizing is all INCORRECT. I wear a 2XL and I had to order a 4XL. I haven't used it yet for exercise. I can say that it does hug you tight. It will cover the handles well and gives you that frame you are working for. I will update after wearing for workouts.
