This yoga mat felt like they thought about this product! It comes in a nice travel drawstring bag with mesh around the top to ventilate after a sweaty session. It also comes with a yoga mat strap to carry it. The rubber bottom layer is THICK, easy on joints, and COMFORTABLE! The printed material is super soft, and beautiful, to the point I felt kind of bad stepping on it! This yoga mat is exactly what I needed to step back into my yoga practice after putting myself in the backburner because if children. Seriously, this mat will respect an “out of practice practitioner.” just buy it!

I’ve been practicing yoga for some time now, and Ive purchased my fair share of mats. I kept seeming to have a problem: the cushioned mats would get slippery, and the gripped mats were hard on my knees (they would hurt). This mat solved that issue. It has some cushion, but keeps you sturdy (even if very sweaty). In fact, it absorbs the sweat, which creates more grip. It’s also priced well, and very stylish. The purchase is worth it.

Thick, sturdy exercise mat…Not a hot yoga mat or non-slip by any means. It’s gorgeous, the pattern is bright and beautiful and it helps me align my poses. It has more of a cloth texture- it’s not grippy at all, if you do hot yoga, and your feet start to sweat and turn into a puddle as I do you you will slide all over, it has zero grip if your used to a Manduka type open cell mat. This mat would be good for circuit training type exercises, maybe mat Pilates not in a heated room- it’s very soft, great on the knees, you could drop dumbbells on it all day long. But as far as yoga poses you’re going to find yourself sliding out of them. I appreciated the stretching strap, that does come in handy. the nylon bag drawstring closure started fraying after a few uses. Enough for the little hairs to get all over the mat- it was annoying but not annoying enough for me to stop using the bag I just brushed them off my mat before I used it.

Terrible yoga mat! Deceptive description and barely functional, it not thick like stated I’d say it’s thinner then any yoga mat I’ve ever earned it’s also quite slippery and I wish I never got this.
