Trying to find hot water and the right fitting might not be easy.

Installation was not that difficult for a handy person provided you have both hot and cold lines available. The stream pressure is forceful and not gentle as described (not smooth at all). Majority of bidet products have the same issue with streams (2+ bathrooms and different products used during last 12 years of having bidet) The major design flaw (it could be that the item I received is faulty) in this product is hot n cold water connections within the unit. Importantly, hooking up hot water separately and using provided cold water (T or double head splitter with toilet tank) hardware results in hot water continuously feeding the toilet tank whenever you do flush. No way the hot water should be flowing back to the tank. This continuous waste of hot water definitely will increase your energy bill. Its big design flaw that must be addressed by manufacturer. I hope someone there paying attention to it.

This bidet might be great for someone who's never had a bidet before. I've had one for 6-7 years so I know what they should be like. I'm on the larger side so it's hard to reach the knobs because they're under my thigh. The controls are fussy and the knobs are sharp. But it works, so eh.

Not easy, had to get plumber to hook up to warm water, now it’s just hot all the time and no way to adjust the water spray. Hate that it sprays all the way out of the toilet. Suppose to be for front and back but either way it does both whether you like it or not. Need to be able to adjust it.
