Like others have said, this "batch" of jackets is extremely faded. I recently bought an XL size since the L size I picked up last year was a bit tight. When it arrived it was very obvious it wasn't right. Sent it back and the replacement arrived in the same faded condition. Shame too because the fit was great on the XL (the jackets run small) and was much more comfortable. When I saw this jacket and the pants, I debated on ordering them and talked myself out of it. A week or so later I decided to order them. Finally got to try out the jacket while in the stand and the comfort is great and the warmth is there, never felt the first bit of coolness when it was 40 degrees with a wind around 10 mph. This weekend will be a test of it when it’s in the 30s during the morning. So far I love this jacket and the only downfall is it is kinda of bulky but not horrible. Zipper quality is good but I don’t know why they thought putting the zipper on the side was a good idea. Do not buy the jacket and pants from Amazon, the camo does not match. You will also fight with customer service for an hour trying to get a refund. Nomad needs to have better quality control. I really wish it would’ve worked out because I liked them but the pattern is crap. The newer pattern is cheap compared to the original… of course. Do better nomad. ... show more

There is some kind of plastic type lining that makes this a very warm Jacket but it’s noisy. The sleeves have an internal cuff which seemed neat but one arm stayed pulled out and the other stayed tucked in. You have to really get the zipper perfectly aligned to get it started which isn’t easy when your sitting or have gloves on. Looks really cool and is super warm. Did not work for me though. Confirmed that the style number for the jacket is the correct style number but the color looks off. Super warm got down into 20 degree weather and was warm with my other layers and jacket. I just can't get past the color difference when I payed 400 for the set.

It's very warm and pretty good camo pattern. Althobiwas able to have some small to decent deer walk with yards of me.. My main concern is the way it holds others smells when I try to be scent free and it runs a tad small so the next sixe up would have been perfect!
