First off- I don't have Amazon prime, and this shipped free. It came in 3 days- all packages delivered. The company text me with the tracking numbers and let me know it was on its way(good customer service). Was the exactly the size I was looking for- love that I didnt have haul a big sectional piece like my old one, and this would mover friendly since it came in sections. I love it can be washed and that back cushions arnt seen to the back piece. Love the color and material seems durable and soft. The seat are a little narrow compared to our old couch, but not a big deal unless you are looking for the deep seat style. Overall great couch! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE my couch! This was hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. I was so happy putting it together — it looks great, feels super soft, and is incredibly comfortable. It just felt perfect from the moment it came together. The only thing I’d mention (in case it helps someone else) is about the corner section of the couch. When I opened the box, the pillows were tucked underneath and held in by wooden slats. At first, I wasn’t sure how to get them out without damaging anything. But I figured it out — you just need to press down gently on the slats to release them, and then you can remove the pillows easily. Once that was sorted, everything else was smooth. I really wanted a green sectional and this was the only one available at the time so the offer was accepted. We added stuffing to a few pillows. I will have to add foam to the cushions soon. Buying a large piece of furniture without seeing it in person is always a gamble. This gamble paid off. I am absolutely I love with this couch. The fabric is soft and the blue is just as the picture. Putting the pieces together was a breeze. The only hick up was getting the corner back pieces to slot in at the top but that is totally a me thing. The 2 ottomans have a ton of storage. They even have 2 straps in each to hold items down. The couch is firm but comfortable. If you are wondering what size pillows to get, I would say 14" if you want a nice balanced look. If you like big pillows like me, 24" looks great too but I wouldn't go bigger than that. Seller customer service was amazing. Amazon only provided 1 tracking number instead of the 9 for each box. When I didn't get all 9 in one delivery, I messaged the seller and they provided me with all 9. They also checked in regularly on the status of each box. It took a week to get all 9 boxes but that didn't bother me. Just be aware. And I suggest messaging the seller after you get the shipped notification to get each tracking number. ... show more

If you read my initial review below, you'll see that I was disappointed when I received my furniture with factory defects. After writing my review, I was contacted by the seller through amazon messages. This seller genuinely cared so much about my satisfaction that they weren't happy until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their genuine concern for my satisfaction was out of this world, restoring my faith in honest business who care about their customers and their reputation. They corrected all the mistakes. I simply don't have the words to express how happy I am that purchase from them, and not anyone else. I wish every business were like this. That's why I decided to update my review and changed my 3-star review to a 5-star review. I wish everyone this same type of experience with sellers. Strongly recommend this seller. (INITIAL REVIEW) GOOD BUT LESS THAN EXPECTED First of all, I love the furniture, material is what I expected. I love the the color is not grey grey per se. It's a slightly blueish grey, which I liked a lot. I was afraid the color might be too dark, but it's not. The cons: one of the seats did not connect well with the rest and to me, that's a big deal. The other thing is that the two lager backrest pillows that go in the corner seating, are flat, as opposed to the rest, which are firm and spongy. Also, two of the seating cushions have the zipper on the front, which I think is a manufacturing mistake. You can see it in the pictures. The zippers should go in the back. And no, I can't simply turn them. They have velcro positioned in the back and this is who they were mistakenly built. ... show more
