The media could not be loaded. I needed a smaller couch! and this one fit the space just perfectly! I did have to switch out the pillow forms they had in the back cushions with regular foam. the pillow backing offered no support which I did not care for. but other than that It is lightweight for moving about when I clean. it was really simple to assemble. It came in 2 boxes that were what I thought not big enough to hold a couch but it was all there! yay now on to the seller. I had to call Amazon customer service and they in turn got ahold of the seller who finally shipped my couch. I would rather not deal with this particular seller again. If the occasion arose where I have the opportunity to deal with this seller again I would probably give them another chance. as I understand things happen in life that are beyond our control. but the customer service from the seller is what I didn't like. and if it remains the same. I wouldn't give them a 3rd chance. Over all this Couch is a good couch. it is surviving a Labrador retriever a bichon a poodle and 6 and 7yr old grandchildren that live on the couch along with my husband. overall I am very happy with my couch. ... show more

Let me start by saying this is a cheap, small couch. It is what you pay for. I got this for a small home office/study for an alternative place to sit besides my desk. That said, it is GREAT for my needs. If you want a couch to sit on every day for the evening, it may not be comfortable enough for that. But I do like it for the use that I bought it for. It was quick and easy to assemble and came in surprisingly small packages. The cushions were vacuum sealed so they were very compact. It can be converted to a left side “L” shape or a right just by moving the cushions around because the ottoman is detached. The thing that makes it a “chaise” is how you put the cushions on. There’s one long cushion that can be put on the couch (leaving an ottoman) OR turn the long cushion 90 degrees to the ottoman to make it a chaise. I just prefer to leave mine detached as a ottoman so I can move it to where I need to. The material feels nice, like a microfiber feel. The cushions are pretty firm though. I don’t expect this to last for 10 years, just due to that fact that it was cheap (if I need another one in 7 years, I’ll probably get another one of these!). If you are rough on couches and use this a lot, I don’t recommend it. But if you are using it as a temporary couch until you can afford a bigger one, then it’s the one for you. This is small and for small apartments or small rooms or use as a transitional couch until you can get a “big boy” couch. I hope this helps! ... show more

If you are willing and able to replace the cushion insides, this little sofa can be awesome! This is definitely a petite sofa (which we wanted), and the dimensions are exactly as listed. The frame seems very tight and solid and it assembled easily. The fabric is soft and suedy and feels pleasant. The seams are even, tight, and feel strong. We’ve had 2 accidental spills (Crystal Light & Gatorade) and although the fabric doesn’t repel like trademark microfiber, it held the spill in place long enough to run for a paper towel and blot it up. It blotted easily and completely, leaving no sign of the spill. The cushion foam is pretty awful, soft and squishy with little to no support. If you don’t replace the foam, it may not be comfortable for frequent or prolonged use, and please don’t put anyone over 40 on it if you love them. We replaced the back cushion inserts with firm foam (https://www.amazon.com/GoTo-Foam-Height-Upholstery-Cushion/dp/B07S38Z138) and a light layer of loose fill from our old sofa for softness. We cannibalized the spring-and-foam inserts from our old sofa for the seat cushions, but we could have used the foam and fill there and they would have been fine. The pic shows the sofa with the replaced cushions. Tbh, we replaced the feet b/c we liked this height better but the feet the sofa comes with are solid and attractive and we are saving them for another project. Overall we are very happy with this sofa after a few hacks, and find it well worth the price. ... show more

It’s great for a cheap couch to have momentarily while I get the rest of my furniture moved into my new home. I’m 5’5 and 145 pounds and when I lay down my legs hang off the end of the chaise and I can’t sprawl out completely no matter how I lay. If you plan on cuddling up to someone on it, I would recommend getting a Cushy ottoman— that’s your only hope haha. It’s also pretty short; it barely comes up to the lowest part of my hip. I wasn’t expecting to feel like I’m going to fall every time I sit down. Haha but I’m getting used to it (my other couch was much larger but wouldn’t fit through my front door). The material is nice though and excellent quality-I was very pleased with that. It doesn’t look cheap.... and I was shocked at how quickly all the wrinkles came out when unpacking it. It came in two boxes. My complaint on that is only half of the couch arrived one day and the second half arrived a day and a half later. Not sure why as half a couch sucked haha. Not too hard to put together. Getting all the parts out was a bit hard. My sister helped me and her chin got whacked by the wood board that’s wedged in to keep everything packed in when we pulled it out so please be cautious of that. It is firm but it’s actually quite comfortable. I just wish it were twice as big. But like I said, it’s a good temporary couch... would be great for a studio or small place. ... show more
