I was a little nervous about making a purchase that was almost $550 after taxes. But the couch came I love the color and the size its perfect for my living room. I live alone and I have a cat. when I open the cushions they puffed right up they didn’t stay flat. The back cushions, I fluffed them up a little bit by giving them a couple punches lol and they were fine. I’m 5’ 6”. The couch is not low to the floor. I thought it would be before I put the cushions on but once I put the cushions on and sat down, I was like oh this is perfect! I gave it four stars because all of the pieces weren’t delivered on the same day. although! The couch came earlier than the delivery date and I was happy about that. It took me 30 minutes to put the entire thing together by myself. The couch is a comfortable firm, I don’t like plush couches that you sink into because it looks raggedy after a while, if that makes sense, lol. The bottom of the cushions all have Velcro strips so that the cushions don’t slide once you sit on them. Forget it I’m giving the couch five stars lol. Enjoy! ... show more

I’ve sent an email to the company as well. I’m disappointed because the pieces of the couch we received are very comfy and soft and easy to put together - I want so badly to be able to experience the whole thing!! This couch was very easy to assemble, and the fabric is incredibly soft. The bottom cushions expanded quickly, offering solid comfort right away. However, the back cushions haven't expanded as much as expected, but it's not a dealbreaker. For the price and overall ease of setup, this couch is a fantastic option for anyone looking to furnish an apartment, dorm room, or even a basement. Super comfortable, easy to put together. I recommend a helper, however, still likely easy to put together by yourself for being an entire couch. The color is perfect, and it matches everything. I am 100% happy I bought this. The ottoman storage was a pleasant surprise too! 100% would buy again. Value alone was worth it.
