I had a question about my order and sent an email to the Seller. The Seller responded within 30 minutes and provided tracking numbers and approx delivery date for each box. All three boxes were delivered before their expected delivery dates. The boxes were easy to move through a narrow doorway, around tight corners and down stairs. The couch was super easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. I’m small, approx 5 feet, and when I lean back my head just hits the top of the couch. COMFORT: I got this couch when I was 38 weeks pregnant. Our old couch was hard for me to get in and out of and I had it! This couch is just the right height and it isn’t one that will swollen you. The lounge section is perfect for stretching out and honestly I’m surprised at how comfy the cushions are. CUSHIONS: The cushion seems to be shifting in the cases a little but I’m sure I can remedy that by removing them occasionally, fluffing them, and putting them back in. ASSEMBLY: At 38 weeks pregnant I was overwhelmed when the couch came in 3 giant boxes, they had a some damage to them as well, one of the boxes I could actually see the couch fabric. It had me worried but let me tell you— putting this thing together was not a problem! It was EASY! Way easy. FABRIC: And I didn’t notice any fabric blemishes. So now I have a one month old and the couch fabric has already seen spit up and all the lovely things that come with a new baby. I have spot cleaned the fabric several times and it doing great! OVERALL: If you have a family and you’re not ready to spend 4K on a couch, this is a great option. I think it will survive my toddlers and I’m so happy with the price. CONCERNS: The arms and back attach with a latch like feature. The back is against a wall for us, but I do worry about the arms surviving my kids using it as a horse saddle. So we’ve made it clear we can’t do that…. It kids are rough on things so time will tell. I would rate the couch overall a 8/10 on sturdiness but the arms I might rate a 6/10. I really wanted to like this sectional. The color is nice. Everything else stinks. The cushions are flat. The fabric is rough and when I say rough I mean I would not even use it for a dog bed. It feels like a burlap bag. The assembly was easy but I was left wondering if I missed something because it is not very sturdy. Daily use would ruin this thing in a month. Save your money and buy something else. If I could find a way to return it, I would. For now I'm living with it but I will get rid of it as soon as I can. ... show more

I waited a few weeks to submit this review so that I would have a good idea of the value of this sofa. First off, the shipping was CRAZY fast! I ordered this sofa on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday, 2 weeks sooner than the estimated delivery time! Assembly was fairly easy. I am a small 60 year old woman and I was able to unpack and assemble this myself in less than 45 minutes. I did unpack the cushions the evening before so that they would have plenty of time fluff up before I put the cushion covers on them. I recommend ironing the cushion covers before you put them on as they come pretty wrinkled and the sofa looked sloppy until I removed and ironed them. The seat cushions are OK, but as others have said the back cushions are pretty thin. They have to be because anything thicker would take up too much of the seat space. The photos make this sofa look much more "substantial" or bigger than it actually is. This is a sofa for small people! I am 5'2" so it's OK for me. I can sit down and my feet easily reach the floor, but anyone taller or much bigger will find the seat area too small. When I lay down on it, while the length is good, the width of the seat is narrow and not very comfortable. I bought this sofa so that my dog and I could cuddle up on it this winter. She loves to lay on the chaise, but that is really the only comfortable part of this sofa. As they say, you get what you pay for and this sofa was pretty cheap. I do like the color and material, but I doubt it would stand up to any real use by a family, let alone children!. I seriously considered sending it back but considering the cost of return shipping and the thought of trying to get it all back into the boxes I've decided to keep it for now, or until I can find someone that wants a sofa for looks alone. ... show more

i was very surprised at the quality of this sectional. it in a beach house and the cushion cover zip off and can be thrown in the washer (i have never put them in dryer because i was afraid they might shrink) but they take a beating and this sectional is just u8nder 3 years old.

We bought this couch after our hand me down finally gave up. We looked online at several furniture stores and most couch sets were $1000+ and sectionals were $2500+ and shipping was going to be 4-7 weeks. We found this sectional and I assembled it by myself (with a little help from my 14 year old son). It is pretty comfortable and sturdy. We ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday. Easy to assemble. Not heavy at all when in pieces. I’m tiny (120lbs, 5’2”) and out of shape and was able to do it alone with no problems. (Mostly) Read the instructions! I was so impressed with myself as I moved along that I put one of the headrests in backwards. I was able to remove if after some fancy footwork with my short limbs and a butter knife. Firstly, it’s not a “sectional”. It just comes with a little ottoman you can move around. It’s cheap, but sturdy. The cushions are pretty cheap and probably the worst part. I will most likely just get custom cushions for the bottom cushions and just deal with the back cushions.
