Bought this sofa because I don't like the back split up. I declined other sofas I liked because of this. TO MY SURPRISE, THIS SOFA HAS A SPLIT UP BACK! I wrote the seller (with photos) and asked if they can send me the right back. Their response was - "We need to explain that 360° view is automatically generated by Amazon, which is not the real view of the sofa. According to your pictures, you have assembled in right way. And the interval between them is a part of our design." THIS IS DECEIVING! My sofa is free floating in the room and it shows. Looking at my pics you can see how the back leans back. You can also see the black brackets between each section. I may paint those so they don't stand out so much. It seriously looks like each section can recline only it doesn't. IF I can buy some fabric that is 100% match, I will cover up the back. Besides the back, I like the look of the sofa. I measured the old sofa and this one is almost exact but it looks smaller. It is certainly very light weight compared to my old one. The seating cushions are very firm. I wish they were a little softer. It "feels" like there might be springs in it. The back pillows were okay but I did what another poster did, I stuffed them with more fluff. Now that it is stuffed, I don't need another pillow at my back to sit comfortably, I'm 5'3. The pillows and cushions were wrinkled but starting to settle down after a few days. Putting the sofa together was simple enough. Overall, I love the look of this sofa but VERY UPSET WITH THE BACK. Again, I bought this one vs others because of the back posted on the ad. The seller had NO REMEDY FOR ME either. I guess I just have to live with this until I decide to get another. ... show more

The cushions are nothing at all like the reference photo. They’re all different sizes. They aren’t fitted to the covers. The quality is a -10. I purchased the light beige, the color is not the same and it’s not a pleasing color. There’s enough space between the back back I can see through the cushions to the wall. It looks a lot cheaper than it even is and that’s saying a lot considering the price. Highly, highly, highly do not recommend ... show more

I received the sofa 3 days after placing my order. My two children, ages 7 and 9, and I put it together in less than 30 minutes. Super easy assembly. It sits rather comfortably, I do wish the back cushions were a bit firmer. I will just add cushion/stuffing to make them firmer, the same is possible with the bottom cushions if you want them firmer. Initially the back cushions did not inflate. They sent replacements. Now the bottom cushion springs are popping up. I wish they can take this back and refund my full money. It is just two months and it is already looking shabby and very bad.
