    • GREAT PHONE until a Software Update Bricked and i discovered i had been sent a USED PHONE
Be ready, this will be a... long story. i should start by saying: THIS IS TRULY A GREAT PHONE Unfortunately when i purchased it, it wasn't available directly from AMAZON, but rather i had to buy it from an AMAZON AUTHORIZED SELLER, and i have now learned my lesson. I bought this Phone from a Seller named NGP STORE USA back in September 2021, It was working great, Battery Life was very good, very fast Phone, truly a great Device. Until a couple of Weeks ago, in April of 2022, i received a System Update... i was very careful to make sure the Phone was fully charged before the Update was initiated the Update procedure. Once the Battery was charged, i started the Update and left the Phone on the Desk so it could work in peace. About 1hr later the Phone was stuck in the ANDROID ONE screen, and kept turning off and on over and over again. I Contacted NOKIA TECH SUPPORT to ask for assistance, and they made me attempt the usual procedures to try to Hard Reset the Phone, but unsuccessfully. Even removing the Sim Card and SD Card didn't stop the Phone from keeping to Reboot over and over... it remained stuck in this Boot Loop until the Battery died. NOKIA told me to send in the Phone for Repair, this was the moment in which they asked me to give them the IMEI Code that identifies the Phone >>> and this is the moment problems started! the NOKIA Support Person stated that this Phone had been initially purchased in a Store in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and since it was not purchased for Retail, to them the Warranty had started then: May of 2021 YAY lucky me the Phone was still 'barely' under Warranty! well NOT SO FAST: since the Phone had been purchased by someone else, the Warranty Claim must be initiated by the person that bought the Phone initially. Now i started to get mad, nowhere in the page of the Purchase was indicated that this was a Foreign Phone imported to the USA like NEW, so i started feeling like i got tricked into buying something i would have not purchased... or at least not at that price! THIS IS THE MOMENT I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT 'NGP STORE USA' but it was useless, i received absolutely no answers. I made another attempt to contact NOKIA and see if i could somehow initiate a Warranty Claim, after all they are an international Company, but they stated they had no way to verify when the Phone was re-purchased, and so the best chance they gave me was to have the Warranty Repair Claim was initiated by the Amazon Store that sold it, and at that point they were willing to honor the Repair under Warranty. But again: NGP STORE USA was not answering, so i had to contact Amazon Support, i somehow got Amazon to call my Phone, and as i was on the hone with the Amazon Rep, they contacted NGP and said i would have gotten an answer in 2 days. Well the next day, all i received was an Automated Message stating that the: ' Refund Claim from NGP store USA had been DENIED! ' ... problem is that I NEVER REQUESTED A REFUND!!! Al tough i do believe i would qualify for a REFUND as i Purchased a NEW Phone, and instead i have received a Phone that was Like NEW, but in fact imported from Another Country, WHICH WAS NOWHERE DISCLOSED IN THE AMAZON SELLING PAGE I tried again to contact AMAZON Support, and explained that i had NOT requested a refund, all i needed was for NGP STORE USA to Contact NOKIA and file a Warranty Repair Request and send me the shipping label for it. The person on the Amazon Chat stated again that i needed to wait 24 to 48 hours to let the Seller Answer, but they could not do much more. And sure enough, NGP STORE USA did not answer! At this point we are at Easter WeekEnd, and it is obvious that NGP will not initiate any Warranty Claim before the Warranty Expires at the end of this Month... meanwhile i purchased already another Phone, which was Shipped and Sold directly FROM AMAZON itself. So at last, all i can say is that this PHONE IS GREAT, but make sure you don't buy from NGP because they obviously do not disclose where they bring their phones in from... they might be packaged and look perfectly new, but if they are privately purchased in a store, the manufacturer will consider that sale as the Warranty period initiation, and if something happens, you may be out of luck! The phone is great but the charger doesn't fit the attachment. Can't plug it in outlet. Can't charge the phone. Useless.

Very difficult to set up with my AT&T account, does not automatically setup with my SIM CARD. Been through 2 tech support person with no success.
