    • They work and they're quiet.
I used these to replace 7 year old fans that were failing. Replacement was easy and my system has returned to very quiet operation. The low cost allowed me to replace all the fans, rather than the 2 that were failing.

Bought two of these to replace a defunct case fan that was on it's way to (loud) failure. After replacement, these fans are like much quieter and move enough air that I did see a significant drop in my computer's temperatures at load (video card was the most noticeable difference). However, lately I have noticed there is a rather subtle high pitch oscillation being produced in my case that wasn't there before. It is really only noticeable when it's really quiet around the computer but annoying enough that I've noticed it. I may look into some kind of vibration dampeners to see if that fixes it, but for now it's tolerable. ... show more
