I got this for my daughter and I had no problem with it till it just stop working. I put it on the charger and still no power or anything. And the funniest thing about it is that it stop working a month later of the return policy.

I purchased 2 for my 2 children and 1 of them was malfunctioning straight out of the box. They're slow. They lag. They are not functional for children. Your kids will bring it to you 10000 times a day to help them do things on it. I wish I never bought them. I should've tried to return it right when it showed signs of lagging, but I tried to give it a chance and work around it. So I'm just here to help people like me that read honest reviews before purchasing, because it seemed like the reviews I read were completely opposite of the actual functionality of the product and now I'm not sure if I can return it since I've had it for 4 months. I also purchased the 2 year protection plan so hopefully I'll hear back from someone to at least fix or replace our 2 nonfunctional tablets. Oh yeah and another thing! As if I didn't say enough already.... now they don't even turn on anymore and they have had 0 damage done to them. Hope this review helped. ********Edit****** After leaving my review, support reached out and was very helpful in handling my refund. I was honestly not expecting the process to be so smooth and fast.
