Edit: 5/1 After 37 days, I really wanted to like this harness. But unfortunately, I just can’t.. It does not fit correctly. If I size down it was way too small so I had to go a size up. It’s constantly loosen up. It does not fit properly. Every time I put the harness on dog. I have to readjust the straps. I’ve never had to do that with other harnesses before. Unfortunately the window to return this piece of junk has closed. They really should extended out to 45 days or 60 days to return. As predicted after wearing this harness a total of 20 times the the stitching where the D ring is in the chest is giving away. The deep ring on the back I’ve already had to reinforce with fishing line. For the price of this harness, it is definitely not worth it. It is cheaply made. I am extremely disappointed if this company went from four stars to one. I’m not over the moon impressed with this harness, but it is OK so far. My boy is 1.5 inches too big in the chest to fit the small so I had to go up a size to the medium. The medium is a little big on him in the chest, even after I adjusted it. So when I’m walking him and he sees aggressive dogs when I go to restraint him, there’s a lot of gapping. I can see why some of the other buyers were having issues with the D rings because I can already tell it’s not going to last a year. The stitching is not that great. They really should’ve did some more reinforcing. ... show more

I’m only given it four stars because I’ve had two of these because they didn’t have the measuring charts on their site and I bought large and it was too big for a medium size dog with a sort of large girth of the chest and now the medium fits him in between both of them the Rubber plastic kind of stuff that covers over the sealed knots on the leash which shows in the picture below where slipping downwards, otherwise a product is great ... show more

This absolutely runs big, but when it comes to pads, a size small could mean various things which is why I’m reading it at three. I have a miniature dachshund who wasn’t an extra small as a puppy and so now she’s sizing up so we went with a small the small I purchased to me is more comparable to a size medium by the time I remember to return it I wasn’t able to so we donated it to a local .
