The Totaria NMNH supplements seem to be high quality, and I’ve noticed an increase in my energy and overall well-being since taking them. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they don’t have a strong aftertaste like some other supplements. One minor downside is the price—it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to similar products. These made me feel kind of strange and kind of good? not sure if it’s just me or what, but I quit taking them. I learned that taking these with other supplements containing niacin can be hard on the liver over time so just watch out for your other sources of niacin.

I am not sure if it's my imagination but since starting these i feel much more focused and awake without the feeling of caffeine jitteriness. I take it at night and sleep fine. But some tell me it keeps them awake and they take it in the morning. Been feeling great since I started adding this to my regimen. Ordered another 2 bottles while on sale. Couldn't recommend these more. NMNH makes more sense than simply taking NAD. Why inject something your body can produce naturally. NMNH helps you produce NAD and it seems to be working great.
