    • First, only and best futon I've ever owned!!!
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
Very glad that I didn't go with the bad reviews. Everything came in early. Frame was delivered first and the mattress the next day. Everything was without a scratch. It took me about 3 hours to put together but only because I had nothing better to do. I was drinking wine and watching tv while putting it together. The instructions were easy to read and follow. It was also easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions. When it says leave everything loose, you need to leave it loose. Personally, i only gave each dolt 3 turns and it turned out perfect. I was confused on the very last step but my common sense took over! There was nothing to it! It is however hard to maneuver into the couch position. I'm 25 and struggle a little bit but it's definitely doable by myself. Very sturdy and rigid frame. The mattress was the color I wanted. After a long time worrying about what color I should get it really didn't matter because I bought sheets for it. I bought it as my everyday bed because I got the smaller bedroom of our apartment. Super comfortable to sleep in! The mattress is firm but it's not uncomfortable for me and I don't like hard beds. Looks and works as advertised! Super happy about this purchase. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

    • Comfortable and Attractive
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
The frame was fairly easy to assemble and seems sturdy. All required parts were included (none missing). The mattress has a chemical smell that is beginning to fade after three weeks. The unit is attractive and comfortable as a couch for our TV room/guest room. It also naps well. It is doing exactly what we wanted it to do. ... show more

    • Good, solid futon
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
The futon was relatively easy to assemble - the instructions are very basic; mostly drawings with little written description. However, once it is all put together it is a great couch! Very comfortable and seats 3 - 4 people nicely. The colors (Navy cover) is a deep, rich true navy color and the wood of the futon frame is beautiful and feels solid. We love the fold-out table arms as well. It did not, however, come with the throw pillows shown in the photograph. All in all, we would recommend this product to a friend. ... show more

    • Holes in mattress, missing parts…

The mattress arrived with two holes in it, where the stitching should be. Also, there was a scratch on one of the boards, and several hardware parts were missing. I’ve reached out to the seller to see about replacing the mattress and board, as well as getting the missing parts. I’ll update my review if/when I have a resolution. Otherwise, it’s a nice futon and assembly was rather easy. If I didn’t have the issues I had, I probably would give them 5 stars ... show more

    • Very pleased! Super Nice futon
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
I received the frame about 4 days before the mattress so I was able to assemble it in advance. Instruction was straight forward and I was able to put it together mostly alone in about 1.5 hours in a leisurely manner. I used the provided tools - no power tools. I needed help to place the seat on the base. I don’t think anyone could do that alone. It looks great and is well constructed. Worth the price. The mattress is still airing out, but was super soft and comfortable right out of the box! The 2 of the 3 boxes are heavy. I used a hand truck to move them into the house. I am female - for reference to what may or may not be heavy to you. I ordered the navy blue mattress and received it as expected - unlike one review that I read which stated navy is darker or black in color. Overall very pleased that I selected this one. Also, I contacted the company to inquire about the mattress shipment and they were very responsive. ... show more

    • Nice addition
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
I like this futon a lot. I did assemble it by myself in about 3 hours. It is really a 2 person job at the end though. The cushion is nice and thick. No one has slept on it yet but it’s comfortable to sit on. It is very sturdy and I really like the fold down tables. The one thing I would change is I would have liked a heavier cloth covering. I hope it holds up. You’ll also need help folding it down and up. Altogether I’m really pleased with it. ... show more

    • Now the futon looks like a messy sofa with a blue sheet cover
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
we ordered the navy blue futon--love it all...except we received a black futon. I contacted the co. and they quickly sent a blue cover...Now the futon looks like a messy sofa with a blue sheet cover. It does not look like a nice piece of furniture. The tufted black mattress looked great...except we ordered navy. Pretty disappointed with the look...the navy cover that was sent...was not what we ordered...and looks pretty tacky. Basically we need another queen mattress...in the right color. So, a tip to future shoppers...if the box says "navy", and you open everything...it will be black...and then you can't send it back! Again, expensive...and it looks pretty bad. ... show more

    • Wrong size delivered.
Color: Twill Navy Blue Cover Size: Queen
Product looks ok, but it is not the size that was ordered. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a resolution. Once this is fixed I will update the review to reflect the products condition and quality. EDIT: contacted seller, they shipped me the correct size parts. It's very comfortable but doesn't lock into upright position very well and is prone to falling open if jostled too much. ... show more
