  • Very convenient and easy to use
Color: White - Small Area Laser
This NIRA precision laser is very user friendly and easy to use. The precision is smaller than their other Pro laser which has a wider treatment area, but it allows better precision to target smaller areas. This is my first laser experience at home or in office and I found this very user friendly and not intimidating at all. The fact that the device is FDA cleared and is designed with safety precautions, makes me feel comfortable and safe using at home on my own even though I have no experience and don't know what I'm doing. It couldn't be easier. All you do is turn the power on, place it on your skin where you want it, press the top button, and you'll hear an activation beep and then another beep a second later when it's done letting you know you can move on to the next location. I've tried level 1 which barely felt like anything and level 2 which I feel a little more. It just feels like heat but with the slightest prick like feeling on level 2 for me. But it's not painful. I've yet to try the higher levels so I'm not sure if there's discomfort with the higher levels. It doesn't turn on and activate unless it is in contact with your skin and so you can't accidentally look at it and have the laser shine in your eye or anything and there's no need to wear goggles or anything. The device is nicely designed. It's minimalistic and looks nice and is comfortable to hold. It's not too light and not too heavy. If I think about it, it's impressive that they are able to fit the technology in such a relatively slim and compact package. It comes nicely packaged in a nice black box along with a laminated feeling instruction card, but I will say, that I think for this price it would have been nice and expected for them to include a fabric storage pouch or protective case, as it's not that practical to keep the box for it. The device is easy to charge via its usb-c port. It comes with a white usb-a to usb-c port, but I would think any usb-c cord you may have will work. I used one I already had plugged into a charging dock and had no problems charging the device. Compared to the Nira Pro device, this is a little more budget friendly, but if you only have this it will take more time to treat a larger area, whereas the pro would be more efficient for larger areas. I'd say if you are on a budget or only have small areas or areas around the eyes and mouth, you'd be good with just the precision. But if you need to treat your whole face, it would be good to also have the Pro or start with the pro. As far as effectiveness on wrinkles, it's too early and soon to see results, as that will take time and consistency, but hopefully I will notice improvement. But at this stage I'm using more for preventative treatment more than anything. It just requires being disciplined and consistent about using. ... show more

  • Great addition to my at home skincare routine
Color: White - Small Area Laser
First of all, the packaging was very nice and had a helpful quick start guide included. There are 3 QR codes, one to download an app for your iPhone, I am an android used so I wasn't able to use the app. The other 2 are for instructions to use the product, which is very straightforward. I've had NIRA precision laser for a little over 2 weeks and I've used it almost everyday. While I haven't seen any results because it takes 60 to 90 days, I will say that it is incredibly easy to use. The product is built well and feels nice in your hands. There is no pain when using it though, I have been to keeping it on lower settings since that is what the directions state to do. I have not gone above level 3 on my forehead or level one around my eyes and smile lines. That's because the directions say that you should just feel a little heat and that's the levels that I can feel just a little heat. If I go above a level 1 around my eyes or smile lines it doesn't hurt but it also is more than just a little heat. I can't wait to see if there are good, long-term results from this FDA approved precision laser. While I don't have serious wrinkles at this moment. I do have some fine lines that I would like to get ahead of before they get any deeper and I believe that this will be a great way to do that. I do believe that this product is a good value for the money since these kinds of treatments in a doctor's office or with your anesthetician would cost a lot more than this at home laser and you can do it everyday without the down time which is nice. The the laser tip is small because it's the precision laser and I believe if you were trying to treat larger areas you would want to go with the next one up that has a much larger tip. This one works great for the small areas that I'm worried about. Additionally, the battery is still going strong after near daily used for the last two weeks. So far it's been a great addition to my skincare routine. ... show more

  • Effective device, but a few premium features are missing for a device at this price point.
Color: White - Small Area Laser
I am all things, hair skin and nails and finally declared myself a “beauty junkie” after all these years. Needless to say, I have purchased quite a few beauty devices in my time, ranging from under $150 to well over $600… I’ve only recently started using the NIRA Precision Laser, so I can’t speak to long term wrinkle reduction yet, but my first impressions are mostly positive. One thing that surprised me was how warm it gets even on Level 2. I was expecting it to feel milder, but you can definitely feel the heat working. That said, I am not sure how hot level 5 will feel or if it will still be “pain free”. For a device at this price point, I do wish the treatment surface area was a little larger. I understand it’s designed for targeted areas around the eyes and mouth, but treatments can still feel time consuming because of the small tip size. Another downside is the beeping. It’s quite loud, and I haven’t found any way to adjust the volume down. Again, at this price, a volume level, or vibrate function would be nice. The device also doesn’t feel quite as sturdy or premium in hand as some of my other high end skincare devices. I was pretty surprised by that. That said, it’s easy to use, surprisingly powerful for its size, and the FDA cleared technology gives me confidence in the treatment approach. I’m looking forward to seeing results with continued use. ... show more

  • Easy to use with no downtime!
Color: White - Small Area Laser
I've been using this device consistently in the evenings as a dedicated part of my skincare routine and love how quick and easy it is. I’m a lot more likely to do it when I get lazy at night just because it takes almost no time, and I can do it from bed if I want. The reason I mention this is because consistency is necessary. The device is solidly built and intuitive to use. After powering on, you choose the intensity level, apply to skin, and press the trigger button. Since it was my first time using a laser, the heat sensation startled me at first. On the lowest setting, I found it slightly uncomfortable, especially in the delicate under-eye area. It was easily tolerable on other areas I tried. As I adjust to the device I may turn the power up if I find I am able to comfortably tolerate higher levels of heat. My skin is sensitive and I am able to tolerate it, but it is slightly jarring in the under-eye area. With that being said, it doesn’t hurt afterward and my skin doesn’t get irritated. It’s really nice that there is no downtime. The usage area of the device is really small, so it is best for areas like crow’s feet, under-eye, and smile lines. ... show more

  • Home Laser
Color: White - Small Area Laser
I've always wanted to try getting a professional laser treatment but several factors have deterred me from ever actually making an appointment: uncertainty about what treatment to get, difficulty making an appointment with my work schedule, etc. For the most part I really don't have problematic skin but I'm just starting to notice a few fine lines here and there and I prefer to take a proactive approach to skincare; I would rather take really good care of my skin with high-quality products now than regret not doing so later. With that in mind, I decided to try this Nira precision laser. I first heard about Nira years ago from a influencer that I really trust and she raved about the results that she'd seen from using her laser so ever since then I've been intrigued by the brand. This little device is intended to target smaller areas of the face which is perfect for my needs since I'm mainly wanting to address a few little areas around my eyes and mouth. Knowing that this is FDA certified makes me feel a lot more comfortable using it as well. I've had this for a couple of weeks and so far I'm really impressed by how easy it is to use (which also means that I'm more likely to use it consistently). There's a user guide that demonstrates how to properly and effectively use it and it's so easy to integrate into my daily routine. The brand promises visible results in 90 days so I have a bit to go before I get to that point but so far so good! If you've wanted to try a laser treatment but also haven't taken the plunge, I absolutely recommend grabbing this so that you can try it from the comfort of your own home and on your own time. I'm very happy to have mine. ... show more

  • Simple to use, and doesn't demand much time to get your routine done
Color: White - Small Area Laser
I know myself well enough going into my 40s that if something takes too much time or requires a bunch of extra products + steps and I definitely won't continue if it hurts a lot. I just won't stick with it long term knowing myself. Being a mom of multiple and my time with my family is important I was hoping this device is as easy as pressing a button. The great thing about NIRA is it's about as simple as it gets. You start with clean, dry skin, choose your treatment level, place the tip where you want it, and press the single button. There's a quick beep, slight warmth, then you're ready to move to the next spot. It's very interesting and I think it's going to take some time but skincare is an investment, I get that. Oh and my entire routine only takes a few minutes and I think that's going to keep me on track with using it. I have a similar $$$ Korean beauty device but I wanted something for smaller areas like under my eyes and around fine lines, and the precision tip makes that easy. The treatment itself is comfortable and pain-free for me. I feel a little warmth and that's it. I like it's so lightweight in the hand, my other device feels like an apple device in terms of heft - NIRA is lightweight and doesn't take much space. The finish is OK, it doesn't have a super premium material feel to it but if it works then it's all worth it. I like that the device is FDA-cleared and designed for at-home use. I'll be interested to see how things look after 60 to 90 days of regular use because NIRAs before/after are incredible since I have fairly hooded eyes too I expect similar results after 3 months; can update if I notice anything significant. ... show more

  • Nira Pro first, get this as a secondary splurge
Color: White - Small Area Laser
I am no stranger to facial devices, I have one (different technology) I have used consistently for the last 7 months and have seen some very impressive results. I love that the Nira devices are FDA cleared which I think is necessary for any lasers I’d use on my face or body. They are easy to use and fairly user friendly. I had no issues pairing the Nira Precision and learning to push the firing button and hearing a beep—and waiting for the second beep before moving on—is surprisingly intuitive to do. After using both I do think I could get by with just the Nira Pro, but having the Nira Precision really helps to get into those difficult areas like around my eyes and lips and targeting my deeper wrinkles. I have a weird wrinkle just at the bridge of my nose and it already seems less deep, I’ve been targeting it with this and it’s super easy to get those awkward areas that other devices struggle with. I would recommend following the instructions and starting on level one and progressing as your skin acclimates. You will see the best results without any irritation or discomfort. This device is small, lightweight and incredibly easy to use. The battery life on the Precision lasts much longer than the Pro. I have never had a fan kick on (not sure if it ever does on this one like the Pro) but I have had a couple times when, halfway through my treatment, I’m suddenly not feeling any heat even on level 5 so I just stop and do the rest of my treatment later. I’m not sure if this is usual or if it’s a built in safety feature. I’ve been using this daily for a week and I’m 100% committed to using it so I know I will see results. The science on this technology works to help diminish fine lines and improve skin appearance. The value is good as long as you are committed to using it on a regular basis because that is the only way you will see results. ... show more
