Delivery was very fast, I received it much sooner than expected. Customer service was outstanding! Prompt, helpful and polite! The first chair I ordered was very loud and squeaky…not ideal when rocking a little one to sleep. The seller tried to help trouble shoot the problem and ended up sending a new one. Again VERY quick delivery. The second chair is perfect! Soft, cozy, rocks easily, pink color is accurate from photos, easy to assemble. FYI the back of the chair does not come high enough to rest your head back on it, but I was aware of this prior to purchasing it and ok with that. For reference, I am 5’6” and it comes to my neck height. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. The teddy bear style cushioning is AMAZING! it’s so soft and welcoming and makes you want to rock in it all night. It’s honestly a great height for both me (6 Ft) and my wife (5’2) to use. We rock our newborn in this chair every night and she falls asleep very quickly. The overall appearance is nice and modern and looks great in our nursery. This chair is very sturdy and rocks back and forth very smoothly. It was very easy to assemble which was a huge time saver! If you are still looking for a nice rocking chair that is both Modern and well priced then this is the chair for you!

These rockers are comfortable and look beautiful. Best rocking chairs I have ever owned. Fabric is so comfortable and everyone that comes over is drawn to them and wants to sit it them. ❤️ I had issues putting them together that was easily resolved especially due to the quick response from seller who sent me a replacement screw immediately which I received in TWO DAYS!! They then contacted me again to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Another quick fix (I am only mentioning incase it happens to someone else because it’s a quick simple fix and I wasn’t the most saavy at figuring it out). I couldn’t figure out why one of the chair sides wouldn’t slide together and asked my husband to take a look. A metal support bar was a little bent maybe from shipping?( Not sure because the packaging was awesome) My husband bent it back and it slid right in and took him two seconds. I ordered white fabric and the fabric pieces were carefully wrapped in plastic to prevent stains. The wood and metal was wrapped in foam to prevent scuffs or dents. Really great packaging. I have no complaints. I am so thankful and 100 percent satisfied with these rockers. I hope the seller sees this review and knows how thankful I am for their help. Would have been a major pain in the butt and a waste in resources to return these due to 1 faulty screw. In the past I would have had to put it all back in the box and lug it back to the store and buy a new one. I am defiantly going to buy from this seller again for fixing the screw. Especially so fast, so that my family didn’t have to wait to use them. Thank you Thank you Thank you! I love these and you defiantly created a loyal customer!

can’t recommend this chair enough! it’s great for the cost, comfy & the seller is so kind & easy to work with. the color i originally ordered was out of stock & the seller was able to get ahold of me & give me other color options as well as the option to wait for the color i wanted to be back in stock. in the end, i chose the dark grey (originally ordered black) & am truly so happy with how it turned out. not to mention, the assembly is quick & seamless. all around 10/10.

This rocking chair is beautiful, soft, and comfy. I purchased it for my daughter for my grandson’s nursery. She wanted a rocking chair that wasn’t bulky and didn’t take up much room so this rocking chair was perfect for her. It was very easy to assemble. The two of us put it together in about 20 minutes. It comes with all the necessary tools required to assemble. It’s very well-made and very sturdy. My daughter’s only complaint about this rocking chair is that the back is not high enough for her to lay her head back comfortably. However, I’m not sure if that’s a personal preference or if that’s really the case because when I go over there and use the rocker I have no problem putting my head back. I think it’s a matter of how you sit/or perhaps how tall you are. All in all, mommy and baby will have many years rocking on this beautiful, soft, comfortable, sturdy rocker together. This was the perfect addition to the nursery. I highly recommend!
