Sadly, this item had to be returned just hours after it arrived. The delivery time was great, but the console had quite a number of scratches on it as well as some kind of sticky substance. And as if that was not enough, it did not load a DVD (Wii Resort). I hooked the old console up which loaded the DVD right away, which is all it has been doing for sometime; it won't play the DVD, but at least it recognized that there was something there. The unit I purchased didn't even recognize that something had been inserted. The reason I purchased this console was so that we could play the collection of Wii DVDs we have. It is a Nintendo Wii. There is not much else to say. Product was received in great shape, works perfect. Recommend seller as the Nintendo looked as if it was brand new.
