I have ordered a Refurbished - Excellent: Nintendo New Galaxy 3DS XL. Through Amazon's shipping, I received this beautiful New Galaxy 3ds xl early! The system had everything with it to get started as I was provided with a charger with the system listing I had chosen through CaveGamers, and it did have the stylus. I've thoroughly inspected the New 3ds xl exterior and interior. The exterior barely any cosmetic wear whatsoever! There's not much that could've been concerning. There was maybe one or two surface level scratches on the top and bottom of the case, but you have to go out of your way to notice or feel them. No chips in the paint and I like how the Galaxy shines! As for the inside of the system, it's also in excellent condition. I tried out all of the buttons and they felt snappy as they should. There wasn't any damage or scratches on the screens or other cosmetic damage that I was able to tell. All that I needed to do was let the system charge as it was dead on arrival. I ordered a replacement battery as I know these systems and their batteries are starting to reach their end cycle. The battery currently in the system looked fine but was barely bloating so I'm upgrading with a new regardless. Either way, the new 3ds xl turned on after getting the battery to full. I was welcomed to the setup screen. The screens were working as intended too, with no dead pixels and the 3D with its tracking is reliable. Overall, the system looked like it was barely used! While I used to have the old 3DS in Red as a kid, this feels so far as a great upgrade! I am impressed with what I received and feel this is what I would've expected. I'm going to relive my childhood!

Severely overpriced for the quality that you get. I been though 3 replacements with this company and every single one had issues. 1st system had debris stuck in the screen so I always had something in the way of viewing 2nd system the hinges completely went out on me a few weeks after replacing the 1st And last the one I have now the paint is starting to warp and chip On top of everything the 3D feature did not work on ANY of them at all which is the whole point of a 3DS! Price should be drop to 150 for what they offer. Oh and finally none of the serial numbers are legit. I checked them on Nintendo official site and always said serial number is not a registered Nintendo device. Funny enough my final replacement didn’t even come with a serial number. They just took off the sticker and sent it out.

Came CIB & near mint condition!!! Console had no scratches and ports were perfectly clean, no dist, no dirt. Buttons work perfectly and feel like new. 3D is great and hinge just feels so good, sound and headphones also great, original battery and stylus, cameras working well. Couldn’t be more happy. Price was worth it felt like buying just an original one! Also packed so well in bubble wrap and wrapped in more plastic protection. Definitely recommend 🙏

I just want to say, if you’re not willing to fix this it’s probably a gamble. Received mine today and it came with a few issues. A major issue was the touch screen came not working at all.. I was able to fix this but basically there was dirt under the bottom bezel causing the touch screen not to function. The left trigger was sticking, charger didn’t insert fully. Overall condition was good on the outside. No scratches, almost flawless tbh. With all that being said I’m still pretty happy with the purchase. It’s working now and it was a pretty fair price.

This product didn't not come in the original packaging but feels and looks like new. No scratches, on either screen, 3D screen works great. No issues getting it set up and working. There is a slight crack where each of the screws are on the back side of it but pretty minor in my opinion. Considering these are no longer being manufactured and I was able to buy it "used" but renewed, I am very happy with my purchase. It did come with a charger and everything came in some padded packaging. I love gaming so this is a really nice addition to my collection. I was nervous spending so much on an older console that's the same price as the OLED Switch right now.... but it was worth it given the quality of the renewed product. A great "renewed" by amazon experience

This 3ds runs really well, even had modded software already installed, but I don't really see anything "renewed". The shell is in rough shape, with chips all around, and it had a very swollen battery which caused the bottom part of the shell to warp so it doesn't close all the way leaving a pretty big gap. This causes it to squeak really loud when you just hold the device. Even after replacing the battery, it won't screw down. I understand that there was a possibility that the condition would less based off the description of amazon renewed, but I think that the battery being swollen like that and the bottom not being able to close would classify it lower in quality than "good". Especially for the price, I think the quality should be a lot better. I bought a second one to see if it's any better. I'll update my rating once that arrives. Edit: I lowered my rating by another Star because they sent the wrong item! They sent a regular 3ds XL instead of the “new” version. I understand mistakes happen in the packing process, but this looks shady. I know the differences between the regular 3ds xl and the “new” one, so I was able to spot it immediately. But not everybody is going to know that, and they slapped a black sticker over the 3ds branding on the back so you can’t see it.

They system works well BUT the cover feels and looks like it’s covered in some paper, it feels rough, the stick is hard to put in and hard to take out and the bottom screen unfortunately does not work to well it works but it’s having issues with like dragging or even tapping you have to go a bit harder to have it work when originally should not have to with a well working 3ds
