    • Almost perfect, but they forgot to check for CFW stored on the console itself.
Came in great condition, with a 4gb sd and stylus included, with no data on it. Though it did have a version of luma (the most popular custom firmware, and a recent version of it at that) in the bootloader, as they weren't able to clear the system nand (it's a really tricky process so I don't blame them). It doesn't matter much to me, but if you want to be guaranteed to get a fresh console, I'd buy a new one from somewhere that carries it. If you don't have a preference then getting one from this seller should be fine. You also get to take advantage of amazon's amazing return/replacement policy if your console fares any different, as some other reviews seem to have. The console was in 5 star condition, and I'm extremely happy with the one I got, but I'm giving it a 4 star review as the seller didn't fully reset it to factory conditions. (You can tell if you get one with cfw in the bootloader by holding select while powering it on, in case you're wondering) ... show more

The product was delivered with severe screen damage. I bought this renewed 2ds xl for an upcoming road trip to play my old ds games and the newer 3ds games that I hadn't gotten to play, but when it arrived it had severe damage and discoloration on the top display screen. This is suppose to be a refurbished 2ds xl it even states in the pamphlet that arrives with the device that it is inspected for the quality of the device. How can this device pass your quality insurance, the only conclusion I can come to is that it was intentionally sent with damage in an attempt to get rid of it without have to fix it and still selling it for a exorbitant price. ... show more

Screens seem to have been replaced which is nice. Analog is slightly bent and rubs but is usable. Selfie camera doesn’t work and software freezes every time you try to use it. Hinge is loose and doesn’t lock into place or close fully. The overall condition is pretty scratch free and all of the buttons work. ... show more

So far I’ve used it for a few hours, (data transfer, fiddling around, and purchasing a few more games) currently charging it and it has worked really well. I didn’t even expect to get AR cards but I did! I love how it’s really light too compared to my New 3ds XL. My only complaint is pretty minor, but that is that while new devices are ~$120-$150, I paid ~$200 for a refurbished device. But again Its not much of a complaint because at the moment any gaming console in high demand because of quarantine. It’s well worth the price especially I’ve been wanting to play Ocarina of time lol ... show more

This would be the second one I bought in the month. (First one was defective…. Not from this seller) and I’m in love with it. I have it set up the way I want it. It’s clean. No scratches. Not sure if it is a user problem or just a defect. But the port cover for the micro sd card and the game reader. It doesn’t click all the way so it has a gap. Not picky about it but if you’re looking for one. I’d recommend one from here :) ... show more
