My son love's it u couldn't tell is a refurbished if it wasn't for a little of a lift in the corner of the screen. Which it doesn't affect the product it works great and it came with a charger, and a stylus. They did a great job I would buy it again or any product from them.

I really love this system, it has slight scratches on the front and back (as shown in photo), but the inside is perfect, and theres nothing wrong with how its used whatsoever so it is still 5 stars for me, especially since it is refurbished and not brand new. Very happy with the purchase, if you’re a perfectionist in quality from the inside and out I’d recommend a brand new system, but if you’re like me and just want something that works 100% with great screen quality (and no scratches on the inside) then this is great. The media could not be loaded. I'm over all satisfied with everything. It was easy to connect to the internet, and it was easy to download all the updates. There's no signs of wear or tear anywhere. Looks like I just bought it brand new.

Had it for 1 month now. It came with the charger which does work. Everything works perfectly fine. Absolutely no issues thankfully.

    • Worst experience with Refurbished product
We ordered this as a Christmas gift for our son and the device quit working within 1 week of use. We asked for a replacement and the replacement did not work after only using for a short period of time with an error on the memory card. We were refused a refund because they said the product was damaged,, dirty and outside of the 90 day return window, which it was not when it was shipped without damage and clean. We would not have been outside the 90 day return window, if they 1st device would have worked properly. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller, as they do not honor the return and refund. They only want to send you defective replacement devices. ... show more

The product came in good condition and it works great. The only warning I have is that the store for the 3ds will close next year and you can no longer buy content (this is in 2022).
