Did a great job on the refurbish. The screens both looked brand new. It did have a couple of small scrapes, but it conforms to the description. It came with screen protectors, AC cord/adapter, the stylus, and a cleaning cloth. I've used it for roughly 30 hours of gameplay thus far with no issues. The 3D works fine, and all of the cameras.     • Why pay more for "new"?
Just like brand new in box! Bought it as a birthday present for one of my grandsons. I took the liberty of charging before he opened so he started with it immediately and hasn't had the first issue with it! Thanks to the vendor for providing a superior product at an affordable price!

The media could not be loaded. came with a broken sd slot ive tried 4 diffrent games on it and when i load the games up they say no sd card recognized or the sd cards been removed i dont think its the games

    • Get a different charger
The original review is bellow this but i got a different chager from Amazon to see if the charger was the issue and it was. For those who get this also add a different charger to the cart so you can chare it <3 most anger still stands because i should have had to buy a different charger but the device is useable if difficult. - end of edit Who ever refurbished it did a terrible job.The cartridge slot in the back doesnt also register its there. The screen has two black dots under the screen. But all this would be tolerable if not for the fact i cant charge it. Ill have to find away to get it fixed myself. Waist of money when i cant use it till i do and that was something yall where supost to make sure it could do before yall sent it. ... show more
