The pans are sturdy and solid. After a few months they still look new. If preheated as advised, they really are non-stick, but even without preheating they are easy to clean. The handles are long and easy to grasp and all but the part closest to the pan stays cool. The bottom heats evenly so there are no hot spots. A few issues: The handles of the lids can get very hot. Pre-heating takes quite awhile, which of course extends total cooking time. After cooking, the pans take a long time to cool. If food isn't removed from the pan right away it can end up overcooked. These are minor complaints, I recommend these pans. ... show more

I set out to look for the best pans within my budget and invest in a set that would last me a couple of years. So I chose this set after purchasing a ninja blender that I was satisfied with. These pans have not held up for me at all and I have been VERY careful with them so as not to scratch or damage them. I cook with silicone utensils only, and hand wash. My saucepan looks as though the coat is corroding, the paint on the outside is bubbling and cracking at the base and the side wall, I inside coating is also bubbling and has cracked where the coating has lifted. I also had a frying pan in my dish drying rack on my counter- somehow it slipped and fell on my floor and it bent. I know this is no fault of ninja but I do question the overall quality and build of these pans. I hate that I purchased this set in all honesty, maybe I just got a defective set? But I do NOT recommend these. No one else in my household cooks, and for as careful as I am with cleaning them and even storing them this product has not held up well.
