I've tried so many expensive brands of these style boots and these are the only ones that last a year or more when the other $200-$300 ones last 6 months and start to fall apart tearing at the seams and ripping along with steel to being expsed.in a few months. Can't beat the price for these.

Very comfy but they are half size larger than major brands I got a 9.5 EE it feels like a 10 EE Other than that they feel good Update I had to lower my review stars from 4 to 1 The foam on the sole is not holding its shape and I have less than 36 hours on these boots. I do not believe they will make it a month of regular work wear and tear It's hard to see but the boot on the right (in the photos) is compressed a bit more than the left boot ... show more

I added several detailed photos so hopefully they help. These Boots are waterproof and steel-toed. The rating they were given was 75 lb impact weight from approximately 8 to 6 in and a rollover weight of approximately 2,500 lb. For the steel toe. That is standard for boots at this time. The color is off from the photos provided in the description. These are brown boots but in person they have a little more red tint to them. There's also a little plastic piece on each side of the boot where the leather is joined. And also around the top Edge of the boot there's a little plastic around the inside. And the plastic feels cheap. Also the stitching on the bottom of the sole where the toes are, comes through and rubs on the ground when walking. This possibly can cause the soul to come undone from the stitching over time. They are supposed to be full grain leather and I believe they are. But there is no label or tag anywhere on the box or the boots that indicate they are leather. The souls are flat, the company does make some that have more traction for going over rocks and other debris. I purchased these to do the work of a Cowhand not a boy's job. (I never understand why people don't know what cowboy or sod buster means) I think these will be good for riding horses and working in the stables. Really hoping these boots could handle hard work and the test of time. I'm a little skeptical with the stitching coming through the soul and the plastic. Amazon won't let me write a separate review because I previously reviewed this product. I wanted to post an update. I worn these boots for just over 100 days and I just received two new additional pairs that I ordered. These boots won't win a fashion contest at the rodeo but they are sturdy, dependable, and very affordable. I have worn my boots 6 or 7 hours per day cutting firewood, mowing the lawn, splitting firewood, walking the dog, etc and these boots for the price are excellent. I have worn these boots almost every day for almost 30 days. They are comfortable and the size I ordered matches what I wanted. For under $100 including shipping I am very happy, but I hope they give me at least 12 months of use. ... show more

Customer service was absolutely amazing w me. I hard to go through 4 different orders because I was not paying attention. They do run slightly bigger so run a half size small.
