He has gout and these boots don't have cushion in them so I got him some $8 memory foam insoles from Walmart and put in them and that made all the difference. They're much more comfortable now. Was very disappointed. The bottoms of the boots were all dirt and the front was scuffed up. Won’t be ordering again. So wrong sending stuff that has been used. I would return but don’t have time as they are a gift. I will clean them up
