I have worn a watch since my teens (Timex, Swatch Watch - 80's teen, and lots of cool battery operated watches). About 5 years ago, I purchased my first Fit Bit (a Charge 2), and had it 4 years. It didn't have all the phone features (don't need them), but it had the step and exercise features that I wanted. I decided to upgrade to the Charge 3, just over 14 months ago, and it recently died (some strange software issue, and of course the warranty was up). I do not want constant access to my phone, my messages, or the ability to order anything by voice, so all the latest smart watches hold no appeal. The upgrades to the fitness watches require subscriptions for some of the basic features that used to be free, or, there are too many extra features that I will never use. Rollback to the old school watch! This watch is stylish, can be worn with anything, and it does exactly what a watch is meant to do: keep time! And, it's a fraction of the cost of a smart watch!
