Pros: Excellent customer service Fast replacement (My original one bricked, from the terrible updates Windows has been rolling out.) Love the backlit keyboard boots up quickly No issues on my new replacement once I installed OS ShutUp, to control windows. Better warranty than any computer company out there and direct customer service that is responsive. They even tried to see if they could recover the drive for me but it was toast. I am looking into replacing the OS with a linix based one as soon as I can figure out how to do it. Cons: I agree Speakers do suck which makes it very hard for conference calls, so I have to use a headset. The power button is finicky, I initially thought it was my power settings, but its not. The power block is bulky in a weird way that can cause it to come unplug due the weight of itself, but it's manageable. I normally stick with Acers in the same price range, despite the hiccup at no fault of NIMO I do recommend this laptop. Especially because they do back up their warranty! ... show more

    • ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Not Worth the Headache, Even Though It Looks Great
I really wanted to love this laptop. The look, feel, and overall style are honestly excellent — it has that premium gaming vibe and the build quality feels solid. Unfortunately, the performance hasn’t matched the appearance at all. Within the first week, the system crashed twice and has frozen on me more times than I can count. I’ve had to dive into the BIOS several times just to get it to boot properly, which is not something the average user should ever have to deal with. For a laptop at this price point, stability should not be an issue, yet here we are. If you’re buying based on aesthetics alone, it’s a winner. But if you actually need consistent, reliable performance, I’d look elsewhere until they sort out whatever’s causing these constant crashes. ... show more
