The media could not be loaded. 1st time out of box you have to let it fully charge, it took roughly 2-3 hours for me Once on the setup to make a new user and email took 50mins. You either have to have an existing Microsoft account or make a new one like i had too to use the laptop. It does come with a free 1 month trial of Microsoft 365 but after that you have to pay for it, i skipped the trial. I didn't show this on the video but you can have a fingerprint added for protection which i did add alot with pin (you can use either or) the finger print is easy to set up just place desired finger on square on the touch pad. When first turning on if you dont pick an option right away it starts talking to you which freaked me out because the volume was at max. Good standard battery life i got to play minecraft on it for 20mins and it only used 10% battery so it should be good for close to 3hours depending on your settings and minecraft drains alot of battery on and computer /laptop, so given i had to be 75% of recommended settings im happy with my purchase, i had a 1200 laptop that was running at standard settings, this laptop is a fraction of the cost 😀 Charging light: red light means its charging, blue light means is fully charged. Ports: 2 USB 3.0 ports, one on each side. 1 USB 2.0 port on the right side along with a micro sd slot and headphone jack. Left side has 2 type C ports, 1 charging only the other can do data transfer. 1 HDMI. Runs Windows 11 64 bit. Has a 1TB solid state drive, but all drives (hard drives, flash drives, soild state drives) all store about 90% of stated space, this laptop is 930GBs, this is normal. All drives run lower then stated space, im saying this because i have see people knock off stars on drives because they didn't get exactly was on the box. Again all drives run lower then stated space on box. N100 processor, n100 laptops cost around 150 to 350, this laptop is right in the middle but beats alot of the higher priced laptops by having more ram or hard drive space( memory) Overall great laptop for light gaming, work or entertainment. I cannot express how impressed I am with the laptop, I hesitant given I was unfamiliar with the brand. So far the laptop has hit every mark, I primarily use it for gaming while out of town and it has preformed wonderfully. I also believe it should be noted as a plus, the laptop is advertised as having a 2tb SSD. It is actually using a NVME which I find a huge bonus. Another thing to note was there was no bloatware on the laptop aside from the normal nonsense Windows tries to get you, would recommend it to any friend or family and at the time of buying the $1099 price point made it a huge bang for my buck as compared to similarly spec'd offerings from name brands. My only con for the product is the NPU, which I honestly just don't have any idea on how to utilize. ... show more
