Hesitant to purchase this laptop considering I never done an off brand. I have had solid luck with many HP laptops - except customer service is awful. Dell was awful. But this one works well. It is fast. Boots up in 20-30 seconds. It never makes any fan noises. Generally, I stress my laptops by running multiple applications, Norton as my security, and keeping 25 Google windows open as I am now. The only issues I have are the WiFi and lack of knowledge of customer service. I contacted them about the annoying caps lock notifications on the screen. They tried and tried, but there were no solutions. Yes, I tried everything on the net too. My last HP had the same thing. I fixed that one. But they are very prompt and courteous when trying to help. WiFi is perfect with a direct line of sight. I can get max speed or an average of 600 plus Mbps. But, behind walls, it can get awful. My extender is okay, and I have used an antenna on the laptop—only 100 to 125 Mbps. As for the other reviews, maybe some models have issues, or the shippers threw the packages around, causing damage to the motherboard. Nothing is considered fragile by shippers. I have seen loading docks of forklifts ramming products, and the USPS throws packages like footballs when sorting. Would I purchase with 32GB and 1TB of storage with a Ryzen 9 processor again? Yes. The processor is a steal for the price. Mine was under $700. If it conks out in a few months then No.

Mine came in the mail and worked for like an hour then randomly shut off. Turned on a few more times and after that wouldn’t turn on at all. I’m pretty tech savvy and tried everything I could to fix it but nothing worked. And to be honest it didn’t run well since the moment I turned it on. Asked for a replacement and was denied. Getting a refund but they are CHARGING ME around 30% of the price of the parts on it that are going to be deemed bad.

I honestly believe that if a computer doesn't come with An Ethernet Input it should be presented in all caps. If the Microsoft Office is ONLY a free trial. It shouldn't be advertised as if It comes with the product. Other than that it works, so

I have had no problems with the two I purchased. I purchased for my sons and they game and use daily. I ordered number 3 for my daughter. I'll update when that on arrives and she uses it a little.

Product isn't from some random 3rd world country and they did respond when submitting a request. What I don't like about it, they say it is a gaming laptop and I understand it has an integrated card in it. This card is supposed to be one of the better integrated cards out there from the research I have done. With all of that being said, I was running a very basic older game that wasn't very strenous on the system. You can hear the fans going which is fine but there was an extremely high pitched whine which was ear piercing almost. After about 5 minutes I had to shut down the laptop. When I asked their customer support, they told me that this was common and I could lower my settings, lower my power output, or just wear ear plugs or play music to counter the whine. To me that is not acceptable on any of these fronts.
