This little laptop is nice and works well for my visually impaired daughter. I can make the icons big enough for her to be able to discern what is what for the most part. The magnification is nice, and the screen brightness is great. The added bonus of the backlit keyboard really helps. It has plenty of speed and storage for her needs. Others have already expounded its virtues as a computer, so I won't launch into that. Suffice it to say, my daughter is very happy she can navigate and accomplish more things on her own with this laptop.

This laptop impressed me in many ways. First of all, I must give props to the small business NIMO that created this - I love supporting small businesses and they were so kind! The laptop build quality exceeded my expectations. The screen is bright and clear - the keyboard is satisfying to type with and feels nice + isn't too loud. The trackpad is perfect with no issues. I like the fingerprint scanner, although sometimes it takes several tries to use. Performance-wise, I got exactly what I paid for. The Intel Celeron N100 is by no means a powerhouse, but it is sufficient for simple tasks like web browsing and other school activities. Sometimes you might have to wait when opening an application, but again, for the price, it is what you pay for. The 16GB ram was helpful in this. Also, the battery life is what makes up for the performance - I have used this laptop for hours at a time and it would only drop about 10-12%. It's also a quiet laptop and does not heat up much - making it perfect for using on your lap. Overall, loved this laptop. Unfortunately, I am returning it, but because I only needed it temporarily for school before I got a MacBook Air instead. Love it and would recommend to anyone!

This laptop has a ton of features (fingerprint reader, Windows 11, large memory, great fast display, backlit keyboad, good battery life, slim metal case) and while I was expecting to have to make some compromises for the low $299 price ($317 with tax), It has met all my needs and I am very pleased with my purchase. The "Nimo" name had me suspicious that this was a toy, but it is a fully functioning laptop that is fast and fully functional, and by comparison with other laptops costing much more, it is a contender, and a definite bargain. Recommended.

This is a really cool laptop. And a nice one. I actually purchased for my older sister, to replace a 1k Dell I had bought her several years ago. I paid $299.00. And I was able to migrate all of her stuff from the old onto the new Nimo in no time at all. I say I, but I didn't really have to do squat. And the interactive AI is absolutely surreal. My sister and dog Ollie, as well as myself were conversing with what seemed like a real person, even talking to Ollie. It's fast, sleek, highly functional. Has great screen resolution. Backlit keyboard. And feels to be very well made. Although I didn't check myself, I don't believe the specs said anything about Touchscreen. I'll check and update my review next time I go over. But after just having purchased a new HP with the Primary difference being 64gig of Ram and 2TB of SSD, mine has touchscreen, but not backlit keyboard. And although I need the speed and space. I honestly think in retrospect I would have gone with a higher model of the Nimo for myself had I known of them at the time. Another really cool aspect is the charger. Same type you use to charge your phone and tablet with. And then there's the warranty. These guys are going to wind up owning the market share given enough time. The Bluetooth on it connected lickety split. The Wi-Fi connected in with nothing more than just a press of the WPS button on the router. Didn't even need the Pass Code. If you're kids need a Laptop, I would recommend this hands down. If you need one, and store a lot of photos, music or use it for work then I'd go up a notch. A bit more Ram. Maybe more hard drive. Great warranty. So far I'm very impressed by this American Company.

I use this mainly for work and for streaming services. Boot-up time is super fast, no lags and very responsive. The backlit keyboard and fingerprint sensor are a plus. The only drawback I can find is the 10key layout is set up a bit differently. Overall a very impressive and solid product given the price point.
